This includes; special insulated lining to contain temperature differentials between the support and the pipe. Supports manufactured to suit fl oor, wall or ceiling mounting or saddles and clamps to suit particular pipe sizes. Anchorage pipe supports are supplied standard with a hot dip galvanised fi nish. These are also available with a powder-coated fi nish if required. Plain raw steel is available for sacrifi cial brackets and stands that may be necessary during the construction stage. We can also manufacture from corrosion resistant materials such as stainless steel and aluminium. Anchorage Height Adjustable Pipe Supports require no welding on site. U-Bolts optional - Select U-Bolts from page #14 if required. Lead time is typically 4-5 days from order. Applications for these Australian-Made pipe stands include; Water, Drainage, Waste Water, Irrigation and Mining. Adjustment is obtained simply raising the inner RHS support to the BOP dimension and welding the joint. If Anchorage U-Bolts are ordered, the angle can then be drilled to suit these U-Bolt hole centres. Select correct model for the pipe size and BOP. 16 ANCHORAGE PIPE SPIDERS and pipe rollers In many infrastructure projects, 1 or more pipes need to be installed inside a larger concrete or steel pipe. Anchorage Pipe spiders are designed to allow smooth installation of the internal pipes, and to maintain concentricity for the life of the pipeline. Pipe Spiders are manufactured according to individual site requirements, and the following features can be included: Pipe Rollers in neoprene or steel for easy installation. Top spacers to restrict fl oatation or movement of internal pipe during grouting operations Galvanised, Stainless Steel or Raw Steel pipe spider construction. Rubber lining on the inside of the pipe spider to protect pipe coatings. The following needs be considered in Pipe Spider Design.
