2 13-15 FORD PI UTILITY SINGLE CELL Headliner Front Upper Poly Window Extruded Backbone Center Tube Bracket Center Stiffener Tube ABS Seat Center Upper Poly Seatbelt Extender 314 Bracket Upper Seat Front Lower Steel Divider Center Lower Steel ABS Seat Flat Foot Mount Clamp Foot Mount

3 1. On rear P/S seat, loosen (2) front 15mm OEM bolts and pry up seat frame, and slide ABS Seat under OEM Seat Frame. (Pic 1) 2. Before installing ABS Seat Cover into vehicle, you will need to attach Upper Seat onto the upper holes of headrest area on the ABS Seat Cover using (2) 1/4 x 20 x 5/8 Carriage bolts and flange nuts. (Pic 2) 3. Remove D/S rear seat bolts and lean seat forward. Pull plastic cover from side of P/S rear seat to gain access to seatbelt bolt. Remove OEM seatbelt. Push Seatbelt Extender through ABS Seat Cover. Slide ABS Seat Cover over/onto OEM seat. Secure Seatbelt Extender using OEM bolt. (Pic 3) Lean D/S rear seat back and resecure seat bolts. INSTALL CARGO BARRIER NOW AFTER SEAT COVER (STEP 3 COMPLETED) (see attached CB4 Install Instructions) 4. Before Securing Upper Seat, you will need to predrill holes through the Cargo Barrier and openings in brackets. Use a 3/8 bit. Once holes are drilled, secure Upper Seat to Cargo Barrier using 1/4 x 20 x 1.5 carriage bolts and flange nuts. (Pic 4) Once Upper Seat are secure, use provided tek screws and caps to snug up ABS Seat Cover to Seat Front Mounting Bracket (referred to in #1) through hole locations in ABS Seat Cover. 5. Tighten P/S rear seat front bolts. Fold D/S rear seat down, attach the 314 Bracket to Lower Steel Divider through the single hole, in order to secure onto Cargo Barrier. Slide the front passenger seat completely forward. Slip the Lower Steel Center Divider between split in rear seats. (Pic 5) Mark hole location on Cargo Barrier and drill 3/8 hole. Secure bracket using provided hardware.detach P/S grab handle, (2 bolts) using 7mm socket. Pic 1 Pic 2 Pic 3 Pic 4 Pic 5 6. Install B Pillar Bracket using lower threaded hole from grab handle. Reuse (1) OEM 7mm bolt to secure. (Pic 6) Pic 6

4 7. Place Clamp Section of Foot Mount under the OEM steel seat brace. Place Flat Foot Mount on top of brace and loosely attach using provided (2) 1/4 x 20 x 5/8 hex head bolts. (Pic 7) 8. Outside of vehicle, remove protective film and attach Front Upper Poly Window to Front Lower Steel Divider using provided (3) carriage bolts.* (Pic 8) 9. Loosely attach (3) T-Blocks onto lip of Front Upper Poly Window and Front Lower Steel Divider using provided (2) socket button head cap screws per T-Block. (Longer bolts go through window). (Pic 9) 10. Slide Extruded Backbone from the top down onto T-Blocks making sure the side that has (2) bracket edges is facing the lip edge of the Front Upper Poly Window and Front Lower Steel Divider. (Pic 10) Put carriage bolt through window, tube, and bracket at top of Extruded Backbone. Pic 7 Pic 8 Pic 9 Pic 10

5 11. Install the now Assembled Front Divider into vehicle through D/S rear door. (Pic 11) Set into position where the Extruded Backbone will wrap around to driver side of Center Divider. * (Pic 12) 12. Secure Assembled Front Divider to Foot (may need to adjust Foot Mount lining up to holes in lower steel of Assembled Front Divider), and secure B Pillar Bracket using provided 1/4 x 20 x 5/8 carriage bolts and flange nuts through rear seat area.* (Pic 13) 13. Peel protective film from Center Upper Poly. Attach Stiffener Tube to D/S of Upper Poly Window and Center Tube Bracket using provided carriage bolts.* Front edge of tube will not have a carriage bolt until being attached to Front Assembled Divider. (Pic 14) 14. Attach Upper Poly Center Divider to Lower Steel Center Divider using (4) provided 1/4 x 20 x 5/8 carriage bolts and flange nuts. Attach Upper Poly Center Divider to Cargo Barrier through Wire Grid using (2) additional carriage bolts and flange nuts along with Wire Grid Bracket for support.* (Pic 15) 15. Secure Assembled Front Divider to Upper and Lower Center Divider using 1/4 x 20 x 5/8 carriage bolts and flange nuts through holes and on upper brackets. Use 1/4 x 20 x 1.5 carriage bolt and flange nut top poly section and support tubing.* (Pic 16) Pic 11 Pic 12 Pic 13 Pic 14 Pic 15 Pic 16

6 16. Remove OEM headliner hook from P/S using T20 socket. Attach Headliner Bracket reusing OEM bolt. Secure to Assembled Front Divider using 1/4 x 20 x 1.5 carriage bolts and flange nuts. (Pic 17) 17. Mark hole location onto Cargo Barrier and drill 3/8 holes. Secure 314 Bracket using 1/4 x 20 x 5/8 carriage bolts and flange nuts. (Pic 18) 18. Attach Upper Poly Wing to FRONT side of Assembled Front Divider near B Pillar using a 1/4 x 20 x 5/8 Carriage bolt and flange nut in the lower hole of the wing, and a nylon pan head screw and nylon acorn nut for the upper hole of the wing.* (Pic 19) INSTALL WINDOW ARMOR AND DOOR PANEL (see attached Install Instructions) Pic 17 Pic 18 Pic 19
