FloControl works closely with world class global valve manufacturers FlowCon, Afriso Gampper and VIR as well as a network of specialist supply partners to deliver off the shelf and bespoke FCU, Chilled Beam, Radiant Panel, AHU and Trench Heater valve set solutions to meet specific customer requirements. The Compact 6-Port Change-Over Valve Set is designed to perform heating and cooling duties on one FCU coil, ideal for buildings with limited space. The valve set comes pre-assembled, tested, set and Ready To Fit. Vertically configured, it fits directly over the FCU drip tray with 40mm centres. A wide range of connections and module extensions is available, e.g. air vents or strainers, whilst the compact size of the valve set is maintained. 3 INNOVATIVE AND MULTI-FUNCTIONAL GAMPPER SMARTKOMBI 6-PORT VALVE AT THE HEART OF THE VALVE SET MODULE SMARTKOMBI 6-PORT VALVE The SmartKombi 6-Port Valve is a special ball valve, which can be installed in 4 or 2-pipe changeover systems. A single valve and actuator replace 4 valves and actuators, saving 3 data points, installations and set-ups. SmartKombi ensures leakage-free separation of the heating and cooling system. This prevents mixture of temperatures and pressure overflow between cooling and heating system. Pre-assembled SmartSets for static or dynamic balancing with integrated locking and draining functionality, 24V 0-10V, 24V 0-10V Modbus and 2/3-point floating signal actuators are available to tailor the configuration to the duties required. SmartKombi 6-Port valve for switching between heating and cooling in a 4-pipe or changeover system. Adjustable via optional fixed orifices, with mounting hole for threaded rod. The housing is made of high-quality nickel-plated brass. 4 PROVEN FLOWCON GREEN PICV CONTROLS THE FLOW IN THE TERMINAL UNIT 3 IN 1 SOLUTION GREEN PICV WITH FN ACTUATOR, 100% AUTHORITY The FlowCon Green Pressure Independent Control Valve combines a 3.4mm full stroke Control Valve, an Automatic Balancing Valve and a Differential Pressure Control Valve in one valve housing. It provides flow, temperature and pressure control at all flow rate settings in the terminal unit. The PICV includes an innovative self-adjustment feature enabling each valve to continuously self-balance, which ensures the precise delivery of the pre-selected flow rate required by each terminal unit, independent of pressure fluctuations in the hydronic system. REMOVABLE PICV INSERT The PICV is designed to use full stroke control over 41 maximum flow rate settings between [ l/s], suitable for heating and cooling applications [-20 to +120 C].
