Thanks to their circlar base, Optima CG / Optivent CG provide a near trblence-free air flow whilst also redcing energy consmption throgh a lower reqired air volme. With the highest air cleanliness levels and conformity to international standards, Optima CG / Optivent CG provide high levels of performance with a redced cost of ownership. Preconditioned air is filtered in the Optima CG system by high qality HEPA filters and directed down throgh a special doble-layered frame (called the CG Air Diffser) to the operating table with an air velocity of 0.25 m/s. This doble-layered CG Air Diffser prodces the stable nidirectional airflow. Contamination in the working area is directly captred in the air flow and discharged from the room at floor level via flff separators. OPTIMA CG / OPTIVENT CG

3 Optima CG Area of Application Prsant to Astrian Standard ÖNORM H6020 and German Standard DIN the recirclated portion of air in all new hospital bildings shold be provided via a central (external) air handling nit (AHU). Fnction The preconditioned spply air from the AHU is transported via dcts into a pressre chamber where it passes throgh the integral HEPA filters. Next, the air - filtered from sspended particles - is blown down throgh a stream optimised profile (CG-Diffser) covered twice with a special fabric. The Optima CG-N has HEPA filters positioned aside the pressre chamber in special filter hosings, whilst the Optima CG-CR s HEPA filters are sitated horizontally in a grid. The dal-layer covering helps create a direction-oriented, homogenos, nidirectional air flow, which is absoltely necessary for obtaining room class H1a, H1b and H2a by ÖNORM H6020. It also ensre the immediate removal of any imprity, particles and germs from the srgical area. Fnction Only approximately ¹/₃ of the total air volme (fresh air) is pre-conditioned and mixed via the Central Air Handling Unit (AHU) with approx. ²/₃ recirclated air from the operating theatre, which is conveyed into the pressre chamber via flff separators and fine dst filters (F7) throgh laterally monted EC fans. This air mixtre is then passed throgh HEPA filter class H13 or H14. A doble-layered fabric covering of the CG Diffser at the air otlet generates the low-trblence displacement air flow. Peripherally monted flow gides (skirts) prevent indction at the edges of the air stream. This also enables the Optivent CG to be integrated in a media bridge system. The Recirclation Modles can be integrated into the ceiling or the wall.
