1 PROJECT: TYPE: SWIII Sentinel Wall Light APPLICATION Tempo s SWIII Aisle, Step and Pathway Lighting luminaire combines the power and longevity of lighting class LED sources with the economy of a rigid PVC extruded housing to deliver outstanding value. Designed for ease of installation, the SWIII is delivered to the job site fully assembled in 8 foot sections and includes a full range of mounting and finishing accessories. A wide, smooth and uniform distribution of light is devoid of distracting uplight or glare. With the addition of the optional baffle for directional control, the SWIII sets the standard for effective aisle, step and pathway lighting. CONSTRUCTION 8 foot sections feature pre-punched mounting holes and pre-assembled wire connectors with positive locking mechanisms to reduce installation time. PVC extrusions may be cut in the field for accurate installation Complete assortment of joiners, angled transition and corner joiners eliminate the need for field miter cuts and eliminate potential light leaks Junction boxes for left end, right end, or center feeds available Direct access to LED module for ease of service PERFORMANCE Less than 0.5 watts energy consumption per LED module LIGHT CHARACTERISTICS Lighting class LED s with superior thermal management for extended life of >86,000 hours Superior color rendering K & 4500K Available in 1600K, 2200K, 2700K, 3500K, 4000K color temperature and Red, Green, Blue and Amber 80+ Color Rendering Index (CRI) WARRANTY Tempo provides a 2 year limited warranty. 6 STAIR STEP INSTALLATION GUIDELINES For applications of more than two sets of steps, a 90º stepped configuration is recommended to eliminate any direct glare from LEDs that would occur in an extended diagonal configuration. Tempo provides 14 inch sections of SWIII Wall Light including one LED board (See page 2 for ordering information) to illuminate the step and stepnose that it is mounted, at inches, above. Each 14 inch piece comes with factory connectors for an easy plug and play installation. This configuration utilizes Surface Wireway to provide a low profile enclosed channel to run power feeds from one section to the next. Edges of section (with endcaps) align with outer dimensions of corresponding step noses. Field cut notch on 3300 extrusion for surface wireway feed. Butt splice wire connections to continue run. For applications of two sets of steps or less, a diagonal configuration is recommended using the SWIII Downward Angle Joiner and Upward Angle Joiner. 3-8 ft. 1-2 ft.
