Polaganje instalacija i ožičenje Provjera rada ureñaja u hlañenju i grijanju Instalacija unutarnjih i vanjske jedinice Adresiranje unutarnjih jedinica Spajanje instalacija na pravi način Provjera napona: : 230V±10% Provjera cijele instalacije prije vakuumiranja Refrigerant system and electric system Vakuumiranje i eventualna nadopuna sustava

3 --Va Važne napomene kod instalacije: Postavljanje X-MULTI 1) za meñuvezu obavezno koristiti oklopljeni kabel; 2) instalater mora vakuumirati sustav kako bi se provjerilo eventualno curenje; 3) prije spajanja napojnih kablova i pokretanja ureñaja aja, potrebno je provjeriti je li napon u granicama 230V±10%; 4) sustav se uvijek dopunjava s R410A u tekućem em stanju; 5) prije pokretanja sustava potrebno se uvjeriti da su unutarnje jedinice pravilno adresirane Refrigerant system and electric system

5 Postavljanje X-MULTI Dva su načina adresiranja: Indoor address setting

6 Postavljanje X-MULTI Pomoću daljinskog upravljača (default) A. Korištenje daljinskog upravljača B. Korištenje dip switch-eva na PCB-ima unutarnjih jedinica. 2. Procedura adresiranja korištenjem daljinskog upravljača. A. Adresiranje se obavlja tek po uspješnoj instalaciji i ožičenju, te otvaranju svih ventila B. Uvjerite se da unutarnje i vanjska jedinica istog sustava koriste isti izvor napajanja; C. Postavljanje svih jedinica u standby mode; D. Adrese podesiti kako slijedi: Unutarnja jedinica na ventilu A, mora imati adresu 1; Unutarnja jedinica na ventilu B, mora imati adresu 2; Unutarnja jedinica na ventilu C, mora imati adresu 3; Unutarnja jedinica na ventilu D, mora imati adresu 4; Indoor address setting

7 E. Primjer: podesite jedinicu A na adresu 1.Pritisnite i držite emergency switch u trajanju oko 15 sekundi, oglasit će se 4 puta (PI PI PI PI) i tada pustite prekidač. Unutarnja jedinica počela je s procedurom adresiranja. F. Koristeći daljinski upravljač uključite un. jedinicu. Status se mijenja iz OFF u ON i TIMER LED jednom zatreptičime se potvrñuje početak procedure adresiranja. G. Pritisnite "SLEEP " na daljinskom upravljaču, broj pritisaka odreñuje adresu koju želite podesiti, i to kako slijedi: Pritisnite " SLEEP " jednom, adresa je "1 ", i TIMER LED zatrepti jednom; Pritisnite " SLEEP " dva puta, adresa je 2 ", i TIMER LED zatrepti dva puta Pritisnite " SLEEP " tri puta, adresa je 3 ", i TIMER LED zatrepti tri puta Pritisnite " SLEEP " četiri puta, adresa je 4 ", i TIMER LED zatreptičetiri puta H. Daljinskim upravljačem ugasite ureñaj. Status se mijenja iz ON u OFF. I izlazi se iz procedure adresiranja, adrese ostaju memorirane. LED board će pokazivati adresu unutarnje jedinice dok se sustav ne ugasi. I. Za promjenu adrese ponovite korake od E do G. J. Nakon adresiranja isključite i ponovno uključite sustav čime se isti aktivira. K. Po uspješnom adresiranju izbjegavajte naknadne promjene kako bi se izbjegli potencijalni problemi. 12 Postavljanje X-MULTI Važno: Unutarnje jedinice moraju biti adresirane kao 1,2,3, odozdo prema dolje, u suprotnom sustav neće raditi kako treba. 4. Kako provjeriti adrese? Po završetku postupka adresiranja, isključite i ponovno uključite struju ali ostavite sve unutarnje jedinice u stand-by modusystem but set all the indoor units in STANDBY. Zatim pritisnite emergency switch dok ne čujete zvono 5 puta (Pi Pi Pi Pi), a na TIMER LED displayu tada možete očitati adresu unutarnje jedinice. Pritiskom na bilo koju tipku daljinskog upravljača, izlazite iz procedure provjere adresa unutarnjih jedinica. Indoor address setting

17 4. Uvod u glavne funkcije: --Pokretanje kompresora. Postavljanje X-MULTI Postoje dvije vrste pokretanja kompresora ovisno o stanju sustava To su HOT START i SOFT START.Kako bi se sigurnije pokrenuo kompresor nakon dužeg mirovanja, koristit će e se SOFT START, glavni razlog je izbjegavanje povrata tekućine kod starta. U protivnom koristit će e se HOT START. SOFT START procedura: : max. 6 minuta Refrigerant system and electric system

19 --Frekvencijska kontrola kompresora: Kako sustav odabire radnu frekvenciju: Postavljanje X-MULTI Raspon frekvencija u ovisnosti o TAO Kontrola frekvencije kod pokretanja ureñaja Zahtjevi unutarnjih jedinica odreñuju početnu vrijednost frekvencije Tao<33 hlañenje Tao>5 grijanje Ciljana temperatura isparavanja ili kondenzacije Maksimalna snaga Granične frekvencije Kod promjene temperaturne razlike na un. jedinicama Sljedeći podaci koriste se za odabir radne frekvencije: --hlañenje: Tao, Tc2AVE, T=Tai-Toutlet Tao odreñuje frekvencijski raspon u kojem kompresor može raditi; Ako je TinAVE > ciljana vrijednost A, kompresor povećava frekvenciju; Ako je TinAVE < ciljana vrijednost A, kompresor smanjuje frekvenciju; T odreñuje početnu vrijednost frekvencije --grijanje: Tao, TmAVE, T=Toutlet-Tai Tao odreñuje frekvencijski raspon u kojem kompresor može raditi; Ako jetmave > ciljana vrijednost B, kompresor povećava frekvenciju; Ako jetmave < ciljana vrijednost B, kompresor smanjuje frekvenciju; T odreñuje početnu frekvenciju; Refrigerant system and electric system

21 --Kontrola defrosta vanjske jedinice: 1Ulazni uvjeti (sljedeća tri uvjeta moraju biti zadovoljena): -start up kompresora najmanje 10 minuta; -ukupno vrijeme rada kompresora je najmanje 45 minuta; -senzor Te vrijednost < ciljana vrijednost C (C=a-x, x=8 or 10, ovisno o postavkama) 2Defrost procedura: vidi sljedeću stranu --Kontrola grijača a kućišta ta: u svrhu zaštite kompresora 1Kada jetao A i kompresor ne radi, grijač je uključen (ON). 2) Kada je Tao A+5, ili kompresor radi, grijač je isključen (OFF). * A=27 Postavljanje X-MULTI Refrigerant system and electric system

23 --PMV PMV s kontrole: Postavljanje X-MULTI 1U hlañenju, PMV-i rade prema stvarnom SH(=Tc1 Tc2) i ciljanoj SH vrijednosti. 2) U grijanju, PMV-i rade prema stvarnom SC(=Tm Tc2) i ciljanoj SC vrijednosti.
