4 Securing Hangers 'click' Lock hangers to display by sliding them onto a rod. The hanger s indicator will drop out of sight and the lock will 'click'. 8 Step 1 Insert casters A into base X. Step 2 Attach post L to base using screws C and toothed washers B. Tighten screws with Small Hex Wrench. NOTE: Be sure to use the end of post with two holes, not five holes, when securing to base. 9 Step 4 Slide collar O or P, with arms angled down, onto post. Tighten thumb screws E to secure desired height (see page 1.1). WARNING: Always remove hangers and garments before adjusting display height. Step 4 (alternative) Slide collar N, with arms pointing down, onto post. Tighten thumb screws E to secure desired height (see page 1.1). WARNING: Always remove hangers and garments before adjusting display height. Step 5 Join rods R and screws D through bar M. 10 Step 6 Use the Mallet to tap rectangular end-cap J into bar. (repeat x2, x3 or x4) NOTE: Be sure to insert end-cap into correct end of bar, as shown above. Step 7 Insert screws I through the washers H, bar and collar holes. Add split washers G and nuts F. Tighten using Silver Wrench and Large Hex Wrench. (repeat x2, x3 or x4) NOTE: Never use a display collar with less than its maximum number of bars. 15 Step 1 Insert glides T into base U. NOTE: Thread all glides to the same height to avoid rocking. Step 2 Attach post L to base using screws C and toothed washers B. Tighten screws with Small Hex Wrench. NOTE: Be sure to use the end of post with two holes, not five holes, when securing to base. 19 Wall Bracket Mounting Height Maximum Garment Length Wall Floor To determine Wall Bracket Mounting Height, measure the Maximum Garment Length. Use the garment length in the formula below. Formula: Maximum Garment Length -- 28" = Wall Bracket Mounting Height Here are a few calculated heights: 62" Garment Length -- 28" = 34" Wall Bracket Mounting Height 58" Garment Length -- 28" = 30" Wall Bracket Mounting Height 54" Garment Length -- 28" = 26" Wall Bracket Mounting Height 50" Garment Length -- 28" = 22" Wall Bracket Mounting Height NOTE: Mounting brackets above 38" may put hangers out of reach. 300 Series Wall-mounted Displays 300 Series Height Adjustment 3.1

21 Step 1 Join rods R and screws D through bar AA BB or CC. Firmly tighten screws with Medium Hex Wrench. Step 2 Use the Mallet to tap rectangular end-caps J into bar s open ends. NOTE: The distance between brackets cannot be larger than the bar s length. 22 Step 4 Place bar into brackets. Slide bar left or right to center it on display wall. Step 5 Thread screw Y into nut on back side of bracket. Tighten screw with Small Hex Wrench to secure display. 23 Example 1 42SG SG SG502 =13 Hangers on a 61" wall Use Couplers when joining 2 or more 300 series displays. 24 Step 1 Slide Coupler into one bar, aligning notch with bar s first hole. Join rod R and screw D through bar AA BB or CC locking the coupler in place. Slide other bar onto coupler, lock into place with screw and rod. 25 Step 2 Join remaining rods R and screws D through bars. Firmly tighten screws with Medium Hex Wrench. Step 3 Use the Mallet to tap rectangular end-caps J into bars open ends.
