Building your arch. When bending your tubing to create your arch start with a 10ft. section of 1-3/8 top rail chain link tubing, which can be purchased at most hardware stores.

2 Building your arch. When bending your tubing to create your arch start with a 10ft. section of 1-3/8 top rail chain link tubing, which can be purchased at most hardware stores. The tubing sections are actually 10ft - 3-1/4 long. At one end, the tubing is swagged (crimped) 3-1/4, allowing each section of tubing to fit inside the next. Using our DIY GREEN BENDER for your 12ft wide greenhouse, which can be purchase on our website at, bend your first 10ft. section of tubing, leaving 13 unbent (as shown in diagram #1 page 1) on the same end as the 3-1/4 swag. Do not include the swag in your 13 measurement. Instruction video on using the DIY GREEN BENDER can be found on our website, just click on Greenhouse fitting kits then on 10x12 kit. Repeat this bend on the next 10ft. tubing section. Then cut two 19 pieces of tubing. These 19 sections will be attached at the end of each bent arch. Hold in place with a self-tapping screw. When you buy our fitting kits, extra self-tapping screws will be included. Your two half arches will be held together with our specially designed Peak fittings.
