On stands 11 thru 14, 15 thru 21, 22, 23 thru 28, 51 thru 52, 53 thru 56 pushback required. On stand 53 push-back required for FT with wingspan above 85'/26m. Stands 11 thru 14, 15 thru 21, 22, 23 thru 28 and 51 are equipped with visual docking guidance system. No FT parking is authorized in second row (stands 31 thru 47 and H1 thru H4) if a code F FT is taxiing. ode F FT can only be parked on TWY T6 and never at the apron. 1.5.2. UXILIRY POWER UNITS (PU s) The use 400 Hz facilities is mandatory at every stand where this service is available. The use PU is forbidden in these stands in the period 2 minutes after blocks-on and 5 minutes before blocks-f. The use PU is only authorized when 400 Hz facilities and the mobile power units are out service or when the air-conditioning service is required and the air-conditioning equipment is not available. If an FT arrives with an inoperative PU, it is prohibited to keep running the port engine on apron during the stopover. Only exception: 737 models can keep running port engine with starboard engine f only during the disconnection ground power supply unit. ommunication to EOPS Office (phone no: see above) is required all FT operating at the PT with PU inoperative at least one hour prior to operation. WIN PHENOMEN The orographical conditions the PT setting and its location tend to lead to the appearance wind shear and turbulence phenomena below under the following meteorological circumstances, so that, if any them holds, an unstable approach, or even the need to miss, might be expected: - Moderate or gusting winds; - Winds in the first quadrant with thermal inversion and in the fourth quadrant with speed equal to or greater than KT; - Light surface winds in the first or fourth quadrants, but with south component at '; - In the TFOR, a forecast change in wind direction (TEMPO or EMG) greater than 120^ with respect to the surface wind. In addition, the following circumstances might also tend to lead to missed approaches: - Effect wind funnelling due to the presence gullies close to both RWY thresholds, especially in approaches to RWY 19; - Impression flying very high in approaches to RWY 19, due to the steep angle descent required; - Optical effect caused by the presence RWY margins twice as wide as usual, due to their characteristics; - Effect caused by the relative proximity between the two thresholds one much longer RWY both at a lower altitude than the central zone. 2.1. SHORT OMMUNITION PROEURE In transfers communications from NRIS sector NORTHEST to NRIS pproach, the initial call shall be limited to callsign to avoid congestion on the frequency: "pproach + erlot 321" 2. RRIVL 2.2. NOISE TEMENT PROEURES The following restrictions shall be only applicable to jets. Except for safety reasons, those FT must follow noise abatement procedures as follows: Visual approach procedures and/or contacting RWY 01 shall intercept the final approach segment at more than 5.0 ME. The use reverse thrust is forbidden to leave the stands, except otherwise authorized by PT uthority. Starting-up engines higher than idle at towed push-back stands is forbidden. On all stands with autonomous exit, the exit manoeuvre shall be carried out at the minimum power required to initiate taxiing. 3.1.2. POWERK OPERTIONS Powerback operations require prior authorization and shall be executed under the sole responsibility the FT operator. This type operation is only allowed for: - Turboprop FT smaller than or equal to TR72 dimensions; request and authorization shall be managed on real time. - Turboprop FT larger than TR72 dimensions; request in advance to seguridad operacional @aena.es. 3.2. NOISE TEMENT PROEURES The following restrictions will be only applicable to jets. Except for safety reasons, those FTs must follow noise abatement procedures as follows: - FT taking-f from RWY 01 must follow the nominal flight path the SI in use, not turning LEFT before overflying OVO. - FT taking-f from RWY 19 must follow the nominal flight path the SI in use, not turning RIGHT before 5.0 ME. 3.3 RWY OPERTIONS Take-f code F FT not allowed during low visibility conditions. Whenever possible, take-f code F FT shall be performed with reduced power. 3.4.
