Unless otherwise instructed by T preferred RWY exits are: RWY 13L: RWY 13R: RWY 31L: RWY 31R: TWY 11 TWY E10 TWY E8 TWY 10 Pilots unable to vacate via these TWYs shall inform T. ue to High Intensity Runway Operations FT should not stop on any RWY exit awaiting instructions from U HI Ground. EPRTURE 3.1. STRT-UP, PUSH-K & TXI PROEURES STRT-UP & PUSH-K eparting FT shall contact elivery to obtain clearance only when fully ready to push back and start. The following information should be passed: - FT callsign, - FT type, and for FT in the heavy wake turbulence category the word "Heavy"; - Parking stand; - Requested flight level; - TlS information and QNH; - RNV 1 or 5 status. elivery will confirm with pilot if ready for push-back and start and then issue T clearance. Pilot will then be instructed to monitor U HI Ground (South) and to be on standby for T call. U HI Ground will inform ready FT of any delay exceeding 5 MIN and provide an estimate TXIING GENERL ockpit and security checks shall be completed prior to reaching RWY holding point. FT shall be ready for departure on reaching RWY holding point, unless otherwise stated. Pilots shall ensure, commensurate with safety and standard operating procedures and on receipt of an appropriate T clearance, that they are able to taxi into the correct position and line up on the RWY as soon as the preceding FT has commenced its take-off run or its landing roll. ockpit checks and cabin readiness shall be completed before line-up and any checks requiring completion on the RWY shall be kept to a MIM. Pilots unable to comply with these requirements shall notify T as soon as possible OTHER INFORMTION T requires FT to commence its take-off roll within 20 sec of being cleared for take-off. However, in the interest of expediting traffic, a clearance for immediate takeoff may be issued to an FT before it enters the RWY. On acceptance of such clearance, FT shall taxi out to the RWY and take off in one continuous movement.
