2 Stations, Staff, and Equipment within 5 Miles of MVP facilities Smithfield Folsom Incorporated Mannington State Highway 20 Smithfield WV Wetzel No longer a fire station. This is now the secondary station for Folsom. Please see above. Folsom WV Wetzel Engine 11 is a 2012 Freightliner with a KME fire body. This truck carries 5 people, 1500 gallon of water and will pump 1250 gallon a min. Engine Ford F750 with an EONE fire body. This truck carries 3 people, 1000 gallons of water and will pump 1250 gallons a min. Brush Ford F350. This truck is a brush fire unit. It carries 5 people. It has a 250 gallon tank and will pump 150 gallon a min. Vehicle is 4 wheel drive. Ops Ford F-350 King Ranch. This truck is an operation vehicle used to carry up to 5 people and used to pull the departments many utility trailer. Ambulance 19 is a 2009 Ford F wheel drive. This is an advanced life support ambulance. Ambulance 18 is a 2012 Ford F wheel drive. This is an advanced life support ambulance. Kubota 1. ATV that will carry 3 people as well as a patient. This ATV is 4 wheel drive with a snow plow. It is set up for patient rescue and extrication. It contains a medical bed and a winch. As well as basic medical supplies and a rescue basket. Light tower 1 is a pull behind generator with 4 adjustable tower lights. This tower has a diesel engine and is a 2016 model. Ops trailer 1 is a box trailer used to transport Kubota this trailer also contains all of the rope rescue equipment for low angel rescue, complete with all the required safety gear, rescue harnesses, rescue baskets, rope, pulls, etc. Hazmat 1 is a box trailer stocked with materials for all hazardous material incidents. It is complete with absorbent materials, damming and dicking as well as over pack drums and clean up materials. Boat 1 is a 12 foot Jon boat used for hazardous materials spills only. This boat does not have any type of a powered engine and is not to be used in any type of swift at this time of 5
