4 OCEANIS THE CHASSIS: strength to withstand any conditions Optimising crop schedules and reducing the cost of crop protection encourages the use of accurate and strong machines which are also long-lasting. 5 Drawbar 3 HEIGHT ADJUSTABLE The drawbar can be fixed at different height levels to maintain a horizontal position of the sprayer when connected to the tractor. SUSPENSION Triple coil spring suspension on the drawbar eliminates shock loads and provides protection of the chassis and boom. HYDRAULIC STAND A heavy duty hydraulically activated parking stand is integrated into the drawbar when folded up. Automatic steering axle (optional) Controlled from the REB3 computer to the OC 200 automatic steering axle, follows the tracks of the tractor. At any spraying speed, damage on the crops are limited when turning on headlands. The steering axle adds flexibility and manoeuvrability for the operator. 4 Pumps: easy to use and efficient Fully protected by a hood, they are very easy to access for maintenance. A double rod cylinder activates the steering axle. 370 l/min and 500 l/min diaphgram pumps are easy to use and strong. They can withstand various products and require very little maintenance. For large areas, the centrifugal pump (PC 700) provides long life and reduced maintenance costs. Operation The machine s operational functions are controlled using multifunction valves placed on a panel at the side of the incorporator. The unit reduces dead volumes to an absolute minimum. Accessibility and activation are easy and the valves are protected from impact and soil spray by a hood.

7 Up to 7700 l Limits movement from field to filling point as much as possible autonomy and time saving Central rear rinsing tank The 550 L rinsing tank is mounted at the rear and over the centre line of the sprayer. Unlike side mounted rinsing tanks, stability is optimal under all conditions (main tank empty and rinsing tank full, in particular). Filling can take place either through the tank opening at the back or at the front of the spray using a quick-release connector. Rear centre mounted = balanced Side mounted = unbalanced UNIQUE ON THE MARKET: at the machine rear centre 6 Tank balance Restricted length at the base = improves tank drainage. The final litres are concentrated towards the front of the machine, up to the sump. The tank empties completely, even on steep slopes L The incorporator Attached to a parallelogram lifting device, it is used to prepare the slurry in complete safety. Its 35 L capacity and flow rate facilitate rapid incorporation of the product, including powders. When empty, the sprayer axle bears most of the weight. The lightness of the aluminium booms means that an adequate load is still distributed on the tractor. The OCEANIS is also available in the «no-casing» version. In this configuration, the machine s casing is limited to the pump and platform providing access to the main tank. Storage boxes can still be mounted on the right-hand side.

DPAE regulation and its boxes 7 Relative to adjustment, OCEANIS models are extremely easy to use and very accurate. The possibility of combining with the ERGOMATIC 2 (optional). Optional equipment DPI box Section cuts are managed using one switch per section and not sequentially as in regulation boxes. This box is extra to the regulation box. Rinse assistance Through the electronic gauge, the REB box checks the residual volume and recommends the quantity of clean water to transfer. After validation, the motorised valves are controlled by the REB3 to transfer clean water into the various rinsing circuits. Its volume in the cab is reduced so connection to the box is very fast. 80 mm 8 H-MATIC The booms are automatically raised when spraying stops to make it easier to turn the machine on headlands. 11 Available structures: 25 years experience with aluminium booms TR4 The triangular TR4 frame is available from 27 to 30 m. Simple in structure, it is very strong. RBA The rectangular RBA model is available from 24 to 30 m. Its 100x50 framework makes it strong and light. Assets Light-weight, resistance and stability owing to the aluminium boom. Widths, amongst the largest on the market. Flexibility thanks to the KUHN EQUILIBRA suspension. Full spray protection through the boom structure. RHA The RHA boom is available from 32 to 38 m.
