The low line tank design and the parallelogram boom lift with Z-bar design shift more weight to the tractor. That means better weight distribution, perfect tracking and less soil compaction. The low centre of gravity keeps your sprayer steady even on hillsides and also lets you make faster headland turns. The strong, durable frame is the perfect cradle for high capacity solution tanks of up to 4,000 litres. 5 All 700/700i Series Trailed Sprayers Built to meet your needs John Deere 700/700i Series trailed sprayers give you the flexibility you need. Versatile axles with heavy drum brakes are available to match track width and transport speeds (25 or 40 km/h). Two fixed axles let you adjust the tread either from 1.50 to 1.80 m or from 2.00 to 2.25 m by switching the wheels from left to right. A sliding axle gives you unmatched versatility from 1.50 to 2.10 m. 6 6 All 700/700i Series Trailed Sprayers: Durable & versatile spray booms Spray booms for all seasons The John Deere booms are one of the most stable in the industry, proven several times by independent research institutes. The Z-bar parallelogram height adjustment and the sophisticated pendulum lets you spray accurately in any terrain or crop. Choose between two boom types: m double fold booms, with a narrow 2.55 m transport width m triple fold booms with a 3.0 m transport width, yet a low transport height. All our booms use stainless steel spray lines and fittings for longer life and trouble-free performance. Even after years of operation, they do not sag thanks to the replaceable ball and socket bearings on the pivot points. Breakaways at the boom tips can fold forwards, backwards and even upwards to prevent serious damage. Boom folding is easy and fast with hydraulic cylinders and also smoother thanks to end stroke damping. No sprockets, chains or cables for maximum durability and minimum maintenance.

7 All 700/700i Series Trailed Sprayers Superior spray accuracy & efficiency Thanks to John Deere s innovative Z-bar parallelogram boom lift mechanism, the boom stays close behind the sprayer at all spraying heights and more weight is transferred to the tractor for optimised overall weight distribution. Spray accuracy is further enhanced by a sophisticated pendulum system with integrated anti yaw that minimises pitching and yawing. The ring-line circulation system allows full-spray starts without wasting time or chemicals. As soon as the master is closed, the system keeps the spray liquid circulating up to the boom section valves in the boom. When you re done, it briefly speeds up to simplify a thorough cleanout. 7

8 8 All 700/700i Series Trailed Sprayers: Reliable wet system & comfortable operation Optimised filling, rinsing & safety On the 700/700i Series, the primary pressure circuit always ensures high pressure (10 bar) for all auxiliary functions like agitation, inductor and tank rinsing, completely independent from spray pressure. Two rotary valves are all you need to perform all major worksteps. Thanks to logical symbols, even occasional users find it easy to fill the solution tank with chemicals and water, rinse the chemical inductor, rinse the solution tank and spray system or switch agitation on/off.

The deep sump supported by the steep sloping bottom empties completely in all field conditions. And with no dead spots, perfect agitation and complete cleaning are assured. For enhanced control over spray boom functions and the trailing drawbar, it can be optionally combined with either the EHS-1, EHB-1 or EHB-2 hydraulic switch boxes. All in-cab controls have large, durable switches to allow an intuitive operation. The electro-hydraulic switch boxes (EHS-1, EHB-1, EHB-2) control all spray boom functions and the trailing drawbar in comfort. Operator comfort & simplicity The 55 l chemical inductor swings out for easy access and ground level filling. A separate hand wash tank holds up to 20 l of clean water. The storage locker has two compartments one for clean clothing, the other for contaminated protective equipment. Pump & Filling connections The self-priming piston diaphragm pump with the optional filling injector fills the sprayer fast. With a separate transfer connection remaining solutions can be pumped back to a storage tank easily. EL-4 automatic rate controller: the simple, reliable way to control all wet system functions.
