1 VBG pricelist. Valid from Vänersborg, telephone: orderfax: Terms of sale Prices All prices are gross prices excluding VAT, ex warehouse in Vänersborg. All prices are individual unit prices unless otherwise stated. The price charged will be the price on the date of delivery. On order less than 225 Euro net there is a service charged of 5 Euro. Deliveries All products are deliveried ex warehouse Vänersborg. The freight is charged on the invoice if consignee freight is not required. Packaging cost excluded. The products are guaranteed to be free from defects and undamaged when dispatched. In the case of damaged or goods mislaid during transportation, a report should be made to the transport company. Warranty The warranty is valid for 24 months from the date of delivery unless otherwise stated. The warranty only covers manufacturing or material and does NOT cover normal wear and tear. Products for which a claim is made will not be replaced if they show evidence of damage resulting from incorrect handling or installation. This also covers for example damage due to reversing, driving into ditch, jack-knifing, overloading and modifications such as drilling or welding. The warranty does not cover liability in any form for direct or inderect damages for personal injury or damage to property or for dowmntime or loss of use and interuption to operations.
