2 Company Concept OHASHI KISAN Co., Ltd. is a component manufacturer for vehicles and construction machines. Key manufactured products are various pins, shafts, rollers, winches etc. for assembly products. Our strength lies in following a consistent production system from cutting to induction hardening, grinding, hard chromium plating, welding, assembling and coating. We also manufacture and sell various kinds of in-house designed winches for electric installation works and vehicles. Mentioned below are our policies and strategies to meet your requirement. Consistent production system from raw material, machining to assembling We offer our customers low cost, high quality products with short delivery time-lines as required. This is achievable through our consistent and streamlined production system comprising from raw material (steel/casting) procurement, various machining, heat treatment, surface treament, coating, welding and assembling Continuous improvement on production system We are able to cater our customers ever changing requirements through our innovative production improvement system like TQC, TPM and JIT developed over many years.
