2 Technology and experience for the mechanical industry. Lugli medeo Precision Mechanics business was established in 1979 in a small workshop. Today it employs 25 workers on three shifts in a plant comprising multiple departments, with an overall surface of 1,8 sq. m. Production is organised in the following departments: milling, turning, grinding, 3 quality control and testing. In addition, the company also provides in a dedicated structure a functional unit assembly service with the integration of third-party components. Thanks to its cutting-edge equipment, efficient organisation and the high level of specialisation of its workers and technical personnel, the company obtained the UNI EN ISO 91:28 certification and was able to establish itself as a leader in the production of integrated components for the most complex industrial productions.

Lugli medeo Precision Mechanics is a partner of the Torino Piemonte erospace and Manunet projects. The latter is aimed at developing and implementing a new high-tech spindle for tapping. The company also participates in integrated projects at sector level, with a strong focus on foreign markets, in the following sectors: aeronautics space and defence, industrial plant design and automation, railway, nautical and textile mechanical.

6 Finishing The company also owns sandblasting and tumble finishing machines for in-house finishing of components, thread-rolling and electrical discharge machining. Grinding and 3 Quality ontrol ompliance with pre-established quality standards is checked during the production process as well as at the end of it. Each work station is equipped with dimensional control systems and every department has a micrometer.
