2 GES Engineering is founded in 2013 in Ankara OSTİM Organized Industry. It is active in Aerospace and Defense Industry with precision mechanical production, design and assembly. To satisfy customer needs at best, we are working to service our creative solutions to our customers with competitive prices. Our company services cost-effective solutions for the needs of our customers such as design, prototype production and serial productions with broad engineering knowledge and experienced technical team. Our advanced design and production capabilities allows us to meet all of the needs of our customers. Our company becomes a brand in its field with continuously growing structure, reliability, high quality control systems. Since March 2016, we have continued servicing to our customers in our new factory, 3000 m 2 closed area in Anadolu OSB and we established our R&D Center at Teknopark Ankara in October Our specialty is especially design, production and assembly of Aerospace and Defense Industries parts. We can provide services to our worldwide customers by the means of our experiences in different assignments in Aerospace and Defense Industries for long years. Our care for production quality with our employees unselfish works, we can provide our customer s requirements at its best. Our company can reply to requirements of the parts such as engineering, machining, casting, mold production, bending, heat treating, assembly, coating and painting very quickly with our specialist team who worked on aerospace and defense industry in different positions in the past, especially in design, precise mechanical production and quality control fields we service our international customers. 3 ENGINEERING For long years, we have worked in different positions in many companies of Turkish Defense Industry so we have a great knowledge about the needs of market and the design of products towards those needs. In accordance with, we have continued projects with leading companies of Turkish Defense Industry such as ASELSAN, FNSS and TAI. For instance, we have designed and manufactured; Track adjuster system for armored vehicles, Automatic electro mechanic levelling systems for a 8x8 Vehicle and Shelter systems, Wheeled transportation systems for Shelters and Platforms. PRODUCTION Our Company is active in especially production of parts of Aerospace and Defense industries. High precision machining with 15 CNC machines, precision assembly operations, welding productions with certified specialists are provided in according to customer s requests in GES Engineering. The most important procedure is precision machining and we can produce with mm. precision. We deliver parts made of aluminum alloys, steel alloys, Inconel, tool steels, titanium and other high alloy materials to our customers. In production, all processes are managed by a specialized ERP system. 15 TRACK ADJUSTER TEST SYSTEM General Specifications: Simulates the static and dynamic loads that the track adjuster is subjected to during the run of a tracked vehicle on different road types. 50 tons of loading capacity Can measure any displacement over 0,1 mm. The test parameters can be loaded with an excel sheet or entered manually from the operation screen and accordingly the result values can be obtained from the screen as a graph and/or report. ROTOR FLIGHT CONTROL TEST SYSTEM General Specifications: Simulates the location of electronic equipment and cabling on a helicopter designed by TAI.
