3 Our Executive Management William Toscano -CEO William founded Bill-Jay Machine Tool Corp in He began with 3 employees and 3 manual machines and grew the company to be a tier one supplier to Airbus, Sikorsky Aircraft, Northrop Grumman and the US Government among other customers. In 2004 William sold his 65 employee company to SPX Corp and remained as the President of SPX Corporation s Long Island Division, which employed 120 people and had $30 million a year in revenue, their customers included Bell Helicopter, Boeing and Lockheed Martin. William purchased Wal Machine in 2009 and has since been investing in new equipment, upgrading the staff and expanding the facilities. Under William s leadership Wal Machine as doubled their sales revenue in the last 5 yearsand continues to look for growth opportunities. Jennifer Luizzi Vice-President Jennifer has over 15 years of experience in the industry with extensive knowledge in purchasing, planning, program management and business systems. She has held the positions of Buyer, Manager of Programs and Production Control, and Director of Materials and Production Control at SPX Corporation (formerly Bill-Jay Machine Tool Corp.) and Planning Manager at AlkenIndustries before joining the team at Wal Machine in Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Hofstra University and a Masters in Business Management from Dowling College.

4 Our Management Team John Furcht Director of Manufacturing John has over 25 years of experience in machining, programming and manufacturing engineering. John held the position of Engineering Manager at General Mechatronics and General Manager of Nassau Tool Works. He founded JNC Engineering which provided NC Programming/Manufacturing Engineering services specializing in aircraft structural parts. John joined Wal Machine as our Director of Manufacturing in John graduated from SUNY Farmingdale. Gary Sporing Methods Engineering Manager Gary has over 25 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing with extensive knowledge of aerospace engineering, manufacturing, production and quality. Before joining the team at Wal Machine in 2013 he has held managerial rolls at Alken Industries including Engineering and Estimating Manager. Prior to Alken Gary held managerial rolls including Assembly Manager, MRP Manager, Quality Engineering Manager and Engineering Manager at SPX Precision Components (formerly Bill-Jay Machine Tool Corp.) Gary graduated from Suffolk County Community College with an A.A.S. degree in Manufacturing Technology, he also holds certificates to several business and industry courses.
