4 Key Terms and Descriptions Battery / WireFree - The motor is powered by extended life lithium batteries. No wires to conceal, no need for an electrician. Perfect for situations where access to electrical wiring is not possible, such as skylights. Plug-In - DC* (low voltage) plug-in motors require a transformer, similar to a laptop or cell phone charger, that simply plug into a wall outlet. AC (high voltage) motors come standard with a power cord that plugs directly into a wall outlet. May require an electrician depending on the location of the outlet. In-Wall Wired - (hard wired) The motor is typically wired into the home or building s electrical system, requiring an electrician. AC motors are wired directly to a junction box leaving no wires to conceal. DC* motors are wired to a power supply using speaker-type wire. *Multiple DC motors connected to a single power source will require increased amperage. Radio Frequency (RF) - Powerful radio frequency means shades can be operated from virtually anywhere in the house without direct line of sight. Radio signal travels through walls similar to a garage door opener. Frequency range up to 65 feet. Individual Control - Separate shades are operated independently of each other. Group Control - Motorized shades controlled as a group always raise and lower together. Channels - Channels are used to organize window coverings with their control counterparts. A channel is associated with either a single motorized shade or a group of motorized shades. The number of shades assigned to a single channel is unlimited as long as they are all within range of the transmitter. The maximum number of groups is determined by the number of channels on the remote. Battery Tube - 12v reloadable battery tube features a screw-off cap that allows for simplified battery replacement without having to purchase a new battery wand. Holds 8 AA lithium batteries for longer life. Snaps into mounting clips which can be attached to the window sill or frame, depending on the application. Plug-In Transformer - Optional transformer replaces the battery tube as a power source allowing for maintenance free operation. Plugs into any standard electrical outlet. WireFree Solar Pack - Harness solar energy to power your WireFree motorized window coverings. Solar panel is simply mounted inside of the window opening with glass mount adhesive and converts the sun s light into electrical energy which is stored within a special Nickel Metal Hydride (Ni-MH) battery (included). Optional battery charger sold separately. RF Repeater / Momenta Extender - Extends the radio frequency range up to 125 feet by simply plugging into any electrical outlet. The repeater receives the signal from the remote and re-transmits it to the shade receiver. Example: your repeater is placed 40 feet from the shade, the signal range is now 100 feet. RF Reset Tool - Used to erase all previously programmed information from the motor. Motors can be re-programmed on site if needed. (Applies only to Cellular & Pleated shades. A tool is included with each order.) 4

Radio Frequency (RF) Group Control Control up to 5 shades individually or control up to five groups of shades at the same time. RF Single Channel Remote - Controls only one motorized shade individually or controls one group of shades at the same time. RF Five-Channel Remote - Controls up to five shades individually or controls up to five groups of shades at the same time. Example: You can operate up to four shades individually on channels 1 thru 4, and all four shades as group on channel 5. RF 16 Channel or RF Twenty Channel Remote - Provides an easy-to-read on screen display for simplified navigation and operation. RF - Patio Remote Control - Waterproof remote ideal for pool, patio, and spa applications. Available in single or five-channel versions. Single Channel Telis Modulis RT - Controls only one motorized shade individually or controls one group of shades at the same time. Features a scroll wheel to make incremental adjustments. Five-Channel Telis Modulis RT - Controls up to five shades individually or controls up to five groups of shades at the same time. (Shown on this pricelist cover photo). Recommended for 2 horizontal blinds. RF Decora Wireless Wall Switch - Provide easy access when entering or exiting a room. Completely wireless so no electrician is needed. Installs in minutes either independently or next to an existing light switch. Single and five-channel versions are compatible with all RF motors and operate shades within a range of 65 feet. RemoteLift / PowerLift Remote - 2-in-1 IR-&-RF remote offers 4 unique assignable groups. A group can be a single window or multiple window coverings. Somfy mylink - Control your window coverings with a smartphone or tablet! Activate Somfy-powered window coverings quickly and easily with a single tap, even when your away from home. 6 Roller Shades There are 4 motorization options for Roller Shades. Motor are preset at the factory. No programming required. Altus LT50 - AC Motor (RF) Requires a 110 outlet or can be in-wall wired. Heaviest duty motor manages the largest of shades effortlessly. Appropriate for some exterior uses such as covered porches or lanais. Requires 2 roller tube for shades up to 132 wide and 3 roller tube for shades over 132 wide. Available with 4 fascia only up to 132 wide. Sonesse AC Motor (RF) Requires 110 outlet or can be in-wall wired. Heavy duty motor offers near silent operation. Requires 2 roller tube for shades up to 132 wide and 3 roller tube for shades over 132 wide. 6 Available with 4 fascia only up to 132 wide. Sonesse 30-24v DC Motor (RF) Requires plug-in power or can be in-wall wired. Quiet operation for mid-size shades that do not require heavy duty motor. Requires 1 1/2 roller tube. Maximum shade width 108. Available with Cassette 120 or 3 fascia only. R28 12v RF WireFree Motor Offers radio frequency convenience. Battery powered. Choose the method that works best for you. Battery Wand Clip 18V Battery Wand Motor is concealed inside the headrail. Remote programming is required for Radio Frequency (RF) functionality. Reloadable battery tube includes 12 AA alkaline batteries. Battery mount clip included with each shade attaches battery pack to the back of the headrail. Less mounting depth is required when a satellite battery mount and power cable are used. Available as 2-on-1 headrail. Each shade requires a motor and power source. 2-in-1 remote offers 4 unique assignable groups to use. A group can be a single window covering or multiple window coverings. 13 R28-12v Radio Frequency (RF) motor R28 Motor is located inside roller tube mounted underneath a 2 1/2 x 5/8 wood headrail. R28 uses a reloadable battery tube including lithium batteries for longer life. Battery tube is mounted behind motor under the rail. Motorized shades are available top, back, or side mount using standard roman/woven installation brackets. Requirements Classic Roman and Woven Wood Shades Altus LT50 AC motor. Altus requires 110 outlet or can be in-wall wired. Motor is located inside a roller tube mounted underneath a 4 x 3/4 headrail. Larger shades using Altus motor, are available top, back or side mount using extended roman/ woven installation brackets. For best results when inside mounted, use 2-3 long screws (not supplied) through headrail and up into top of window frame or ceiling. Screws should be positioned 2 from back of headrail. Shade fabric is attached to the back of the wood headrail and standard 6 high valance is attached to the front of the headrail. LT30 and Altus Motors are preset at the factory. Written warranty is are included with each order. Return Authorization Freight Policy Warranty Should you experience a problem with any product, please call Customer Service and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Depending on the circumstances, a new order will be placed and an RMA number will be assigned for Vista Products to pick up the defective merchandise. You will be invoiced for the replacement order, and a credit will be issued upon return and inspection of the merchandise to Vista Products. Please be aware when an RMA is issued for defective merchandise, we must receive the defective goods back within 30 days in order for credit to be issued. Please call as soon as you are ready to have the items picked up so this time limit does not expire. Please be sure that any blinds returned to Vista Products are properly packaged to prevent soiling or damage while in transit.. Damage incurred during shipping must be reported within 30 days or credit will be denied. Freight Damage INSPECT IMMEDIATELY! Before signing for Merchandise Visible Damage: It is YOUR repsonsibilty to note any damage on all copies of freight bill. Freight Bill must be signed by driver and consignee. Concealed Damage: 1) Keep carton and Packaging Materials 2) Call carrier within 7 days of delivery & request inspection 3) Do not remove from premises before inspection is made 4) Retain copy of inspection report You will be charged a shipping & handling surcharge per blind/shade delivered on our Vista trucks or shipped by commercial carriers within the continental United States. In addition to the per blind shipping & handling fee, there will be a net common carrier charge on any shipment containing blinds and / or valances exceeding 96 width.
