Taking account of customer s observations Air Liquide Welding has developed the new EASYTOME machine to complement its range of cutting machines. Offering the following key characteristics: excellent cutting quality, simple and fast setting, safe working environment, ruggedness, versatile and cost effective keeping operating costs under control. It has been specifically designed for industry areas such as, small and medium boiler making operations, building hardware, metal work, production of interior fittings, ventilation & air-conditioning, sheet metal work and street furniture manufacturers. EASYTOME has PC-based numerical controls with a high-quality screen. The EASYTOME concept relies on fast and simple set up, by its design software and integrated tool path, the procedure for cutting one or more pieces is made extremely simple and fast. It is fitted with a NERTAJET 40i industrial type Plasma power source. It is available in several sizes: x mm, x mm, x mm, x mm. PC-based numerical controls and integrated design software. It is very easy to use handling the Plasma process, with its parameters database among other things. Brushless motor system with planetary reduction drives for accurate, fluid and dynamic movement. Numerically encoded tool holder with a torch impact safety system, regulating the voltage for precise control of the NERTAJET 40i - OCP100 Plasma cutting height. Design software, nesting and tool path Control interface Rugged single-piece frame that is quick and easy to install with an integrated table of compartment type (*) making it easy to use and maintain. 3 NERTAJET 40i: compressed air Plasma cutting equipment with a digitised cutting cycle for the full control of cutting cycles. The numerical control integrates a database for the automatic adjustment of cutting parameters depending on material and thickness. NERTAJET 40i - OCP100 Plasma equipment Mechanised Plasma cutting installation with a maximum cutting thickness of 40 mm. The main benefits of the installation include: unparalleled cutting quality with compressed air, power source adjustment and simple and fast torch set up, arc striking without high frequency, optional facility to use the machine with a manual cutting torch. A database that includes the adjustment of cutting parameters (1) : voltage, speed, drilling etc. There is a set of parameters for every material thickness. Then the numerical control manages the entire cutting cycle: plate detection, strike, cutting and voltage regulation. 5 Optional equipment: Round tube cutting up to Ø 220 mm and length 2 m or 3 m (depending on machine size). Machine equiped with immaterial barriers to protect the operator and comply regulations. Beam with double tracks and bearings for accurate and fluid movement guiding. The longitudinal axis is manufactured tracks with bearings and inverted racks that are fully guarded for safety. This design gives both ruggedness and guiding precision, with a compact design and positioning loading / unloading the sheet metal and the cut pieces is made easier. The machine complies with the applicable machinery directive 2006/42/EC. Optimum operational safety through the incorporation of several emergency stop points throughout the installation. Pneumatic marker. MAGICNEST 01 or 10 software: Two products that run with the latest Windows operating systems so that you can plan and control your Plasma cutting production. The ergonomics of the software make it intuitive and simple to use, while offering powerful and efficient features. MAGICNEST 01: includes a CAD and nesting module that will particularly allow you to manage your quotes, orders, material stock and nesting arrangements. MAGICNEST 10: this advanced version of the MAGICNEST 01 software automating the following operations: nesting of pieces, application of cutting technologies and tool paths.
