Summary 1.State of the art 2.Keolis trials 3.Focus on La Défense 4.Keolis know-how
#1 State of the art
Autonomous vehicles market The market of the autonomous vehicles (individual and shared vehicles) is rapidly expanding all over the world Within one year, Keolis observed a fast growing demand, within the calls for tenders of AOM or in stand-alone projects in cities, universities, CHU (teaching hospital) & other private sites In France, the Ministry of transportation registered the same number of requests in 5 months over 2018 as over the full year of 2017 (approx. 20) The IKEMS study, realized during the 1st half-year 2018 in cooperation with Valeo, demonstrated that in a city as Lyon the on-demand autonomous vehicles could represent until 25 % of the modal mix, so partly cannibalizing the rest of the public transport 4
Autonomous vehicles state of the art As regulation evolves in France and in international markets, there s a strong focus on safety / cybersecurity and customer acceptability. A market which the complexity does not stop growing up and where each goes out of its comfort zone or its historic positioning to play a key-role and demonstrate its capacity to manage autonomous vehicles fleet systems. 5
#2 Keolis trials
The Keolis - Navya partnership : an alliance strengthened through shared experiences Focusing on public as well as private sites (mainly in urban areas), for short term demos/trials and long term experiments Favored by Keolis experience in operating multimodal transport networks and being leader in automated metro operations End 2015 : Launch of the Arma Navya s shuttle March, 2016 : Partnership Navya-Keolis October, 2016 : Equity in Navya (along with Valeo) November, 2017 : Launch of the Autonom cab July, 2018 : Navya becoming public September, 2016 : Launch of the Navly experimentation in Lyon July, 2017 : Launch of 3 shuttles in La Défense Nov, 2017 : Launch of 2 shuttles in Las Vegas February, 2018 : Launch of the trial in Roissy CDG airport More projects : 1st trial of the autonom cab in Lyon & launch of other shuttle services in France, Europe & Canada 7

#4 Keolis know how
Keolis : a pioneer in the operation of autonomous shuttles Already a key player in operating autonomous vehicles Pioneer thanks to its first successful implementations, in cooperation with Navya, Keolis develop its expertise on the subject always by integrating more autonomous vehicles into the urban mobility and by proposing longer trials. Keolis is the only operator to have diversified its use cases, whether by testing shuttles without operators in very dense pedestrian flows (in Paris-La-Défense), or in the middle of the traditional road traffic connected to traffic lights and by respecting the priorities and stops as any other vehicles (in Las Vegas). A recognized expertise in industry and transport operation Keolis is already leader in the sector of automatic metros, tram networks and now autonomous shuttles Keolis strengthens its presence on the entire mobility chain, focusing on the adaptation of the transport offer to its environment. The challenge now is to continue to improve the customer experience by offering a transport solution for underserved areas, allowing to travel the first and last kilometers, and always by providing a relevant service to its passengers. A clear positioning on the autonomous mobility market Keolis is well-aware of new urban issues and the need to rethinking the development of cities and how to adapt mobility. Autonomous vehicles give a great solution to the environmental issues by offering a reliable and sustainable mobility. Keolis has always been convinced of the potential of autonomous vehicles, and has quickly invested in testing this breakthrough technology. 18
