CB&I - Chicago Bridge & Iron Location Salalah, Oman Project Background OGC is looking at a project designed to extract liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) from the Salalah gas pipeline network in southern Oman. The project will see the construction of LPG Extraction plan with the capacity of 7 to 10 MMSCMD. In the first stage of LPG extraction, OGC will produce tons of butane, propane and condensate per day from the gas system. Project Status 15 Apr 2018 SLPG celebrates laying the foundation stone for Salalah LPG Extraction project. 05 Mar 2018 Galfar has been awarded a subcontract for the Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation (CMEI) Works Package 1 for the LPG Project for approximately $41 million. The completion period of the works of the subcontract is approximately 21 Months. Dec 2017 Galfar Engineering and Contracting has been awarded a subcontract for an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) works package by E&C Oman for approximately $15m. 28 Nov 2017 South Korea's Winteco is the EPC sub-contractor for the LPG and condensate Tanks. Engineering and procurement works for the tanks are underway. Page 1/9

2 23 Oct 2017 Construction works will start before the end of It is believed that a JV between 2 companies, South Korean and Local, has been selected for the construction work. 30 Aug 2017 Oman Gulf is the enabling works contractor. The company's main scope includes engineering, filling and concrete work. The enabling work is scheduled to be completed by August Jul 2017 Engineering and procurement are underway. Construction is yet to start. 11 Jul 2017 BOOT agreement alongside a Natural Gas Supply Agreement (NGSA) is signed by OOC/OGC with the Ministry of Oil & Gas for the extraction of LPG from natural gas for a 25-year period with a profit sharing mechanism of 80% post the equity recovery phase. 11 Jul 2017 OGC signs a Sub-Usufruct Agreement with Salalah Free Zone for the 25-year lease of 20 hectares for the LPG plant, and signs a 30-year Lease Agreement with Salalah Port Services for the the lease of 8 hectares in Port of Salalah for the storage tanks. 30 Apr 2017 Engineering works are under way by. 30 Apr 2017 Oman Oil Facilities Development, a subsidiary of Oman Oil, is discussing partial financing for the project with several international banks and export credit agencies. The FEED is expected to be completed by the end of Apr 2014 OGC signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Salalah Free Zone for setting up the LPG processing plant at Salalah Free Zone (SFZ), as well as for establishing related storage and export facilities at the Port of Salalah. 12 Nov 2013 The concept study has been completed. Project Scope The scope of the project includes: Liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) unit with a capacity to produce 327,000 tonnes per annum Tie-ins to existing pipeline infrastructure LPG and condensate storage (to be built on a roughly 9-hectare site at the adjoining Port of Salalah) Jetty facilities at the Port of Salalah (ship loading facilities) Associated facilities, including Project Finance Salalah LPG SFZCO LLC (SLPG) is the client. July OGC issues an expression of interest to banks to finance the project. Bank Muscat and Mitsubishi UFJ (MUFG) are the mandated lead arrangers for the syndicated loan. September International banks receive requests for proposals for a $750 million loan for the project. Page 3/9
