Spanish commitment to reduce actual CO2 emissions by 25% until 2012 (Kyoto protocol). Due to EU emission regulations, until latest 2015, 9,500MW coal and fuel will be decommissioned. Diversification of gas natural sources (Algeria is presently less than half). 5 5
