IMPORTANT: Mximum bores re E for INTERFERENCE FIT bored hubs with setscrew OVER the keywy. Refer to Engineering for llowble bores. Use the following procedure for reboring couplings with TEE hubs. To void dmge to hub, use brss sheet between chuck jws nd hub. 1. Chuck hub nd indicte on fce for runout (Fig. 1); refer to hub types on Pge 2. Do not exceed runout shown in Tble Indicte on dimeter for runout (Fig. 2) s shown in pplicble drwing on Pge 2. Do not exceed runout shown in Tble 1. Tighten jws nd recheck runout on fce nd dimeter. 3. Rexnord recommends the use of spde drill for quick stock removl from solid hubs. (Figure 3.) 4. For hevy cuts, use lrge boring br (Fig. 4). After tking hevy cuts, recheck the runout on fce nd dimeter per teps 1 nd 2. Finish bore per Tble 3 on Pge 2 nd chmfer per Tble 2 below. 5.
