Linkous III Approval/authorization to execute a Resolution authorizing the Chairman to execute a lease agreement with the Development Authority of Gwinnett County to facilitate the construction of a headquarters hotel at the Gwinnett Center, together with an approval of an assignment of the ground lease from the Development Authority of Gwinnett County to the Gwinnett Convention and Visitors Bureau and approval of a ground sublease from the Gwinnett Convention and Visitors Bureau to Concord Sugarloaf, LLC, to authorize the Chairman to execute an amendment to the amended and restated operation and management agreement with the Gwinnett Convention and Visitors Bureau for the Gwinnett Center in order to facilitate the construction and operations of a headquarters hotel at the Gwinnett Center, and to authorize the Chairman to execute any other associated documents, subject to review and approval by the Law Department. 2. Planning & Development/Bryan Lackey Approval of Waiver of Time Lapse Requirement for Zoning. The applicant, Terrance Miller, requests waiver of the 12 month time lapse requirement for zoning. The prior cases, CIC and SUP , were requests for automobile repair and a body shop which was approved by the Board of Commissioners in July, The applicant is seeking June 2015 hearing dates for the proposed addition of auto sales to the property (CIC & SUP ). The property is located on Jimmy Carter Boulevard at its intersection with Rockbridge School Road. District 2/Howard Ratification of plat approvals for March 1, 2015 thru March 31, 2015 X.
