At this time FBC does not agree with the 90 intersection design; thus the Developer will need a waiver for this requirement. Section & Title of Code: Pre Plat #28 & Imp Plan #50 Section Preliminary buffer plan / Reason/Justification for Waiver Request: Buffering Developer is requesting this waiver because there is no existing commercial to the North. Also, the PUD concept plan for property to the North was approved by Marion County earlier this year with a proposed buffer between the commerical and residential. Engineer feels a central low pressure sewer system would cause future maintenance issues for M.C. Utilities, both internal to subdivision and force main along CR 42 due to low flow pumping system. Developer was told by previous Utility Director that septic systems would be allowed and approved for this 7 lot subdivision. Developer has proceded with this design since meeting with Marion County Utility Director last year.
