At this time FBC does not agree with the 90 intersection design; thus the Developer will need a waiver for this requirement. Also, the PUD concept plan for property to the North was approved by Marion County earlier this year with a proposed buffer between the commerical and residential. Developer was told by previous Utility Director that septic systems would be allowed and approved for this 7 lot subdivision.
