13 AVENTOS HF (with or with-out SERVO-DRIVE) Blum UK Technical guide Assembly in just a few steps 1. The telescopic arms are attached to the lift mechanism using CLIP technology. Warning There is a danger of injury if the telescopic arm springs upward. Remove the telescopic arm rather than pushing it down. 2. The upper front is placed on the telescopic arm and CLIP top hinges are attached 3. CLIP top centre hinges are used to connect both fronts 4. The telescopic arm and lower front are connected to each other via the CLIP mechanism. Quick adjustment, precise adjustment, for balancing of doors 1. Simple and infintly variable: A power screwdriver is used to properly set the lift mechanism (Pozidriv, size 2). If the front falls when let go, it must be turned clockwise. If the front rises when let go, it must be turned anti-clockwise. 2. The telescopic arms adjust themselves by closing the front. They are fastened using the centre lever. This process also adjusts the tension in the front. 3. You can set the desired gap between the fronts using the CLIP top centre hinge. 14 Activating the Blum switch Set up the wireless connection between the SERVO-DRIVE switch and drive unit. Only two SERVO-DRIVE switches can be activated for any drive unit. Each switch can only be allocated to one SERVO-DRIVE unit. Press the <SWITCH> button until the LED flashes green. Within 30 seconds press the SERVO-DRIVE switch until LED lights up green constant, than goes off Repeat the process for additional SERVO-DRIVE switches in the cabinet. Additional features must be activated before the reference run. Activating synchronisation (If applicable) Activating collision avoidance (If applicable) For details please see for futher details. Reference run The drive unit recognises the required parameteres using the reference run. Reference run is required: LED flashes orange - changes to constant once reference run is completed. Close the front manually Press on front Reference run starts automatically Front opens and closes 2x automatically Under no circumstances should you try to manually interrupt or stop the process If the reference run is interrupted, it should be reset (Reset Motion) and the reference run should be repeated. 2 Blum
