IMPORTANT - Install Levitate Single Monitor Arm as per Installation Instructions.! This product supports a maximum load of 9kg (19.75lbs).! This product supports VESA mounting hole configurations: 75x75mm and 100x100mm.! The manufacturer accepts no responsibility for incorrect installation. Step 1. Check Components Check you have received all parts against the Component Checklist and Hardware above. Step 2. Base Setup (OPTIONAL) The Base can be setup for either Desk Clamp or installations. The Base can also be setup to allow infinite 360 rotation, or limited to 180 rotation. This provides 4 Base setup configurations (see options A,B,C,D listed below): A. Desk Clamp/360 > Default setup, skip to Step 3A [PTO]. C. /360 > Install Base Plate only. B. Desk Clamp/180 > Install Rotation Limiter and Desk Clamp. D. /180 > Install Rotation Limiter and Base Plate. 1 Start by removing the Desk Clamp using the supplied. 2 DESK CLAMP (for Base configuration B) For Desk Clamp/180 configuration, insert the Rotation Pin and re-install the Desk Clamp. 2 BOLT THROUGH (for Base configurations C and D) For Bolt-Through configurations install the Base Plate instead of the Desk Clamp. REMOVE Desk Clamp TIP: If the Desk Clamp is tight in the Base, tap lightly with the palm of your hand to release. TIGHTEN FIRMLY Rotation Limiter Desk Clamp OR Base Plate Rotation Limiter (configuration D only, 180 ) Tip: When inserting the Rotation Limiter, the Base and the Lower Arm must be aligned as shown above.

2 Step 3. Install Arm to Work Surface Choose from either Desk Clamp OR Bolt-Through Installation. 3A. DESK CLAMP 1 Open the Desk Clamp to suit the thickness of the work surface, 10-50mm (0.4-2 ). supplied. 2 Position Arm Assembly on the work surface so that the Desk Clamp hangs over the edge. Clamp Pad will automatically rotate outwards at bottom of the thread. Desk Clamp Clamp Pad TOP LOADING ATTACHMENT TIP: When sliding the Desk Clamp between two work surfaces ensure that the Clamp Pad is fully open and parallel with the edge of the work surface. 3 Close the Desk Clamp, and tighten firmly using. TIGHTEN FIRMLY Minimum gap = 18mm (0.71 ) Work Surface (top view) The unique top loading Desk Clamp allows product installation/ removal without access to the underside of the work surface. 3B. BOLT THROUGH 1 Drill an Ø8mm (5/ 16 ) hole through the work surface where you want the centre of the Base to be. NOTE: The hole should be at least 55mm (2.17 ) from any work surface edge, to allow for the diameter of the Base. 2 Select the appropriate length Fastener 45mm or 60mm depending on the work surface thickness. SHORT (45mm) suits work surface thicknesses between 13mm-28mm ( ). LONG (60mm) suits work surfaces thicknesses between 28mm-43mm ( ). 3 Centre the Base over the pre-drilled hole. Using the selected hardware, fasten the Base to the work surface. Tighten firmly. Base 28mm (1.1 ) 13mm (0.5 ) 25mm (1 ) 17mm (0.7 ) OR 43mm (1.7 ) 28mm (1.1 ) 25mm (1 ) 17mm (0.7 ) TIGHTEN FIRMLY Washer (min. x1) Fastener Use 1, 2 or 3 Washers to provide a thread length of 17-25mm (0.7-1 ) protruding above the work surface. TIP: For work surfaces thicker than 43mm (1.7 ), longer M8 bolts can be purchased from hardware stores.

3 Step 4. Tighten s 1 Gently lift and support the weight of the Upper and Lower Arms. Upper 2 Using the supplied, tighten the Upper and Lower s until the Arm Assembly supports its own weight. Lower Step 5. Attach to Monitor 1 Select appropriate hardware to fasten the mounting head to the back of the monitor. 2 Push on Cover Plate. Recessed Mounting Holes or Display with a Curved Rear Panel Cover Plate Display Mounting Screws (x4) Display Mounting Screws (x4) Spacer Bush (x4) TOP OF MONITOR Mounting Hole Mounting Hole If the Mounting Holes are recessed into the back of the monitor, or the monitor has a curved rear panel, use the Spacer Bushes supplied to pack the Mounting Holes. Step 6. Assemble onto Arm Assembly 1 Ensure that quick release buttons are in the UNLOCK position (see below). 3 Insert Screw (optional) OR Head Cap. UNLOCK LOCK Screw press in black inner button press in white outer button 2 Align and locate the onto the Quick Release coupling. Once in position, press in white outer button to LOCK. Washer DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN Head Cap Quick Release Coupling

4 Step 7. Adjust Spring Assist Upper Arm Upper Starting with the Lower Arm, tighten the until the Arm comfortably holds its position wherever it is moved. Once satisfied, repeat the process for the Upper Arm. Visual Gauge Lower Lower Arm TIP: Do not over tension! Arms should move freely, and support the weight of the monitor in any position. For multiple installations, take note of the gauge on each Arm for consistent tension. Step 8. Adjust Head Swivel Tension If necessary adjust the Head Swivel Tension using the 2mm Allen supplied. Step 9. Adjust Head Tilt Tension Depending on the weight of the monitor, make adjustments to the Head Tilt Tension using the supplied. 2mm Allen Step 10. Cable Management 1 Fully extend the Arm Assembly in the intended orientation, and remove the Cable Covers from Upper and Lower Arms. 2 Route cables along the length of the Arm Assembly and connect cables to the monitor. 3 Push cables into channels in Upper and Lower Cable Covers. Cable Cover (x2) PULL 4 Reinstall Upper and Lower Cable Covers. Push in Cable Clips (bottom half first, then top half) to lock the Covers in position. PULL TIP: Leave enough slack in the cables to allow full movement at the joints. 6 Positioning Desk Clamp When using the Desk Clamp, ensure that it is secured towards the rear of the work surface. ATTACH TO REAR OF WORK SURFACE ONLY DO NOT OVER-HANG FROM FRONT OF WORK SURFACE Adjust Spring Tension Starting with the Lower Arm, tighten the until the Arm comfortably holds its position wherever it is moved. Once satisfied, repeat the process for the Upper Arm. Upper Arm Upper Lower This puts excess pressure on the clamp, and may cause damage. Lower Arm Attaching Quick Release Head 1 Ensure that quick release buttons are in the UNLOCK position (see below). UNLOCK press in black inner button LOCK press in white outer button 2 Align and locate the onto the Quick Release coupling. Once in position, press in white outer button to LOCK. 3 Insert Screw (optional) OR Head Cap. Screw Washer DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN Head Cap TIP: Do not over tension! Arms should move freely, and support the weight of the monitor in any position. Depending on your requirements the arms can be tensioned to provide independent movement. Adjust Pan and Tilt Tension If necessary adjust the Head Swivel Tension using the 2mm Allen supplied. 2mm Allen Depending on the weight of the monitor, make adjustments to the Head Tilt Tension using the supplied. Quick Release Coupling
