1 Slam-Cam Page Slam-Cam for Slam Doors. Locking without key or tool. To a): The Teflon washer replaces the wave washer underneath the insert. Used with all Quarter- Turns and inserts according to page To a1): Slam-Cam with free-stroke for applications with cylinder locks and handles on page to and A Slam-Cam set consists of a cam, a spring and an M6x10 hex screw with underhead serrations and self securing powder dot. This self securing powder dot is to tune / adjust the correct friction for the free stroke. The screw supplied with the handle is not required. On request, latch units with this cam should be assembled by DIRAK. 4 1 068 Pull Latch Handle The Pull Latch Handle is used by 19 engineering for locking insertions. The completely pre-assembled unit is fastened by a countersunk screw M4. LH and RH application. When inserting the plug-in unit the free running slam hook latches into the appropriate cutout and locks the plug-in unit with the frame. Drawing at the handle unlocks the plug-in unit and it can be pulled out by the handle. Housing and handle: zinc die, matt chrome plated. 5 1 069SL Pull Latch Handle SNAP LINE Snap-Line The pull latch handle is used by 19 engineering for locking insertions. The completely pre-assembled Drawer Latch Handle is installed by a simple push into the appropriate cutout. RH and LH application. When inserting the plug-in unit the free running slam hook latches into the appropriate cutout and locks the plug-in unit with the frame. By tilting the handle, the hook is withdrawn from the cutout and the plug-in unit can be pulled out. Attention: The bulge in the cutout is always opposite of the bolt. This cutout guarantees a unique and constant fitting. Housing and handle: zinc die, matt chrome plated. 6 1 250 Pull and Lock Hook with compression Pull and lock hook with compression 5mm compression/pulling distance. With 90 stroke. Vibration-proof. Latching direction is always clockwise. The extremely positive torque ratio allows for controlling this hook-latch by a cylinder latch. Very suitable for applications on 19" racks and sliding doors. This non-corrosive closing device is especially suitable for latching of doors and lids. When the latch is released and in its final position a finger-tip grip becomes accessible to facilitate opening the door. 12 6 125SL Slam Latch PrA SNAP LINE PICCOLO, Flush doors Just slightly protruding slam latch. Field of application: latching small door or panels. To release: after unlocking, just push the upper, clearly marked part of the handle. The lower part then can be pulled-out and this disengages the spring loaded slam-bolt. The spring-loaded slam bolt has a free-stroke, allowing slaming of closed and locked handles. Installation: Enter slam-side into the cutout first and then snap-in the unit. 16 Slam Latch for aluminum profiles or flush/nested doors Page The slam latch for aluminum profiles or flush/nested doors consists of two units: The handle part with slam-bolt and the frame part.. This frame part catches the slam-bolt and is also the limit stop for the door.. In this way, different profile widths can be connected with each other.. Gently pulling the handle will disengage the Slam-Bolt. A gentle push will latch the door.. The complete unit is fastened with 4 screws M6 (e.g. DIN 912, not included) into sliding tenon nuts which are included. 17 6 160 Compression Latch Lever Actuated, Flush For the installation, the complete latch, including the pre-assembled U-shaped fastening bracket, is installed in the cutout from outside. By rotating the fastening screw from outside, the U-bracket automatically fastens the complete latch. In the "closed" position the screw can not be removed. The adjusting screw can also be used for retro-adjusting to increase or decrease the sealing pressure. Attention: Counternut for the adjusting screw: The standard position of the counternut is underneath the lever. Refer to A). On Request the counternut can be positioned on top of the lever. Refer B). 19 6 162 Compression Latch Z-Line Lever Actuated, Flush Clip-in, low profile Compression Latch for doors and panels with a sheet metal thickness of 1.4 to 3mm or, with a different housing, 3 to 3.4mm thickness. This latch is mainly designed for light duty applications: e.g. panels and hatches for vehicles as well as for electrical enclosures, A/C and air treatment enclosures (glove compartments, maintenance panels etc.). The completely pre-assembled latch is slided into the cutout in the open position and pushed-down into its final position. The design of the wide hook and the two clips guarantee a strong and solid fixation in the panel. The adjusting screw guarantees a consistent pressure to the seal and can be adjusted upon need.
