3 Expansion Joints Rubber, Teflon /Metal Rubber Expansion Joints All designs available: Spool-Type, Wide Arch, Spherical, Low Spring Rate Type. In-stock sizes range from 1 to 72 I.D. Manufacturing capability to 144 I.D. (Tooling is available to manufacture all non-stock sizes.) 50 sizes of concentric and eccentric expansion joint reducers. Modifications to design include: Multi-Arch and Filled-Arch. Standard Elastomers include: Butyl, Neoprene, Nitrile, Hypalon, Natural, EPDM, Viton and FEP. U-Type expansion joints are manufactured in Rectangular, Oval and Round configurations with internal or external flanges or Turbine/ Condenser or Piping/Ducting services. Designed primarily for chemical services, the inexpensive cost and short face-to-face lengths make this product universal in application. Metal Expansion Joints High Corr or Low Corr. Modifications to design include: Universal and Tied. Available with flanged or welded ends. Single or Multi-ply Bellows construction. Standard bellows material is 304 or 321 stainless, but available in a variety of exotic metals. Sizes from 1 to 24. Wire braid covered annular corrugated hose of stainless steel or bronze is stocked in I.D. sizes to 14. Available with flanged, welded or threaded ends. Non-Metallic Expansion Joints/Fan Connectors A complete line of ducting expansion joints available in round or rectangular sizes with flanged or flat belt profiles for fan inlet and discharge applications.
