Replacement of pre-filters for air handling units.checking the Split Ac s/windows Ac s components for normal running condition

2 Page 2 of 9 Checking the plant/air conditioners components for normal running conditions.attending to breakdown calls and trouble diagnosis.repairs and overhaul of the components of plant/acs if necessary and its replacement if required, including split and cassette & window ACs. Advising operation personnel about possible improvement in method of operation. Chemical Servicing to be done when found necessary. Attending to the plants/units when called for service as when required. Lubricating the bearings of motors and fans, periodically. Replacement of compressor oil periodically. Gas charging to be done periodically

3 Page 3 of 9 Replacement of Condenser Fan Motor and Blower Motor if found necessary. Blower Belt and Thermostat, if found necessary. Catch wall and Expansion valve if found necessary. The maintenance services shall be made availabale after our normal working hours or on holidays at free of charges.regular cleaning of filter & condencer to be done. Replacement of compressor if found necessary. Repairing & Replacement of Remote set. capacitor, connector, Contactor and relay to be done if required. Replacement of Electrical control panel Board, Micro Controller, MCB and all accessories pertaining to Air Conditioners.

4 Page 4 of 9 Breakdown calls to be attended within 12 hours.copy of the service, break down reports to be submitted to concerned division.new items/components to be replaced against old Items/Components if found unusable.approval to be obtained from the Concerned Joint Director before replacing for old to new Items/Components.No pre-contract service charges shall be payable.

5 Page 5 of 9 All the air conditioners should be maintained in excellent working condition throughout the contract period. The contract charges will be inclusive of all taxes, cost of all spares and labour charges, repairing/replacement of parts i.e. starting components thermostat, selector switch, filter, fan, blower motor, gas charging, general overhauling, attendance of any number of breakdowns and the cost of replacement of compressor units as and when necessary. No extra charges shall be payable under any circumstances after the commencement of annual maintenance contract of the air conditioner units.

6 Page 6 of 9 In the event, the time taken for repair exceeds more than 3(three) days, spare air conditioner(s) should be installed in place of the defective ones at the expense of the contracted agency. In case an air conditioner(s) are provided by CPRI, the hire charges and incidentals incurred by CPRI will be deducted from the bills of the contracted agency. In the event the time taken for repair exceeds more than three days. AMC charges will be deducted in proportion to delay in repairing the until and put it back in service.

7 Page 7 of 9 Payment will be released at the end of every quarter after ascertaining the satisfactory nature of the maintenance during the period. Necessary invoice/bill should be submitted by the contractor in time for arranging the payment. In support of the invoice, you have to produce a certificate of satisfactory maintenance service obtained at the time of each service from the concerned officer of the division and produce to Purchase Division for record. In the event, it is felt that the services rendered by the agency is not satisfactory, the contract is liable to be terminated within 15 days notice without any liability to CPRI.

8 Page 8 of 9 All the servicing shall be carries out in the presence of representatives of CPRI and load current of each compressor shall be checked and readings of the same shall be submitted by the agency to CPRI.The persons employed by the firm shall be fully qualified and adequately experience (3 to 5 years) for handling the trouble free functions of the air conditioners. CPRI reserves the right to delete any air conditioners offered for AMC and add further air conditioners for AMC on the same rates, terms and conditions as applicable under this contract. The AMC will be initially for a period of one year which is likely to be extended for further period on the same rates and conditions depending upon the satisfactory services rendered by the contractor.

Guaranteed Technical Particulars Specify deviations/ Remarks if any specification parameters & mere statement of 'complied' do 2)A detailed technical/catalogue/literature/phamplet and any other technocal details shall be submitted in hard copy in a sealed cover superscribing enquiry number and due date so as to reach the below mentioned address within due date and time. 3) The Indian representative of the foreign/overseas firms shall submit the Letter of Authorization issued by their principals. 4)The bidder shall submit the quotation / offer in the above prescribed format of Section IA, IB and II only.
