Repeat process using the lack ire on the harness and vehicle harness ) Using a Heat Gun,shrink the butt connectors to the ires. Replace any convoluted tubing. If gaps are present, install ashers (item D, up to per side) beteen the Loer Rear umper racket and the Frame Support. 3 Loer Rear umper rackets I F D 1x or 20 N.m / 15 ft-lbs Repeat on other side Rotate umper under frame extension to align loer rear bumper bracket slots to frame support hole (see frame 7) and then loosely install to to hooks ith nuts and asher plates (removed in step 5). No loosely install bolts (item I) to handle nuts (item F). Due to vehicle variations, ashers (item D) are supplied to eliminate gaps. 22 9of149 13

There are to holes on the relocation bracket for the electrical connector. Use the push trees on the connector and reattach to the bracket of 13 14

After leveling the bumper for best appearance, torque hardare as shon 8 places. Install Winch using bolts.(item J) provided. Use to M6x1.00x35mm bolts Note: If bolts do not align to nuts in the inch legs, supplied the holes and in to bumper M6x1.00 may nuts need to be enlarged slightly. If this procedure is required, deburr the holes/slots and supplied. apply Mopar Rust Inhibitor to all bare edges and allo Q to Rdry. G R 11 N.m / 96 in-lbs 11 N.m / 96 in-lbs Once completed installing relocation bracket and pump for 2012 and neer vehicles proceed back to step of of 14 13
