Lifting time is only seconds, depending on the model, with automatic, stepless locking of the lift at the desired height. The lift is faster than a traditional one with mechanical locking. Thanks to the low construction, it is easy to drive the vehicle onto the lift, even at on-floor version THE ONLY PLATFORM LIFT WITH FREE ACCESS FROM THE SIDE Opposite to scissor lift s, the Nordlift UC lift s has trapezoidal structure which allows you to reach the underbody from the side, even with a tool trolley or waste-oil collector. This feature makes work easier and faster particularly for inspectors and mechanics.

3 THE UC 4000 K THE ONLY LIFT SPECIALLY DESIGNED FOR MOT PROFESSIONALS The UC 4000 K has been designed in collaboration with Finnish vehicle inspection stations and are already equipped for MOT professional work. The lift has a powerful integrated clearance test, which are developed by Nordlift Oy. Lifting time is 12 or 20 seconds. The basic version of lifting platform is 4,715 mm long and 5,000 mm width. The UC 6000 K is suitable for heavier vehicles, with a lifting capacity of up to 6,000 kg. The Nordlift Pilot system lets you control the lift by means of two buttons. A lock valve keeps the load up in all situations. In case of a power cut, one can safely lower the lift manually, using the lock valve. SAFETY IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES The Nordlift Triple Safety System is a continuous and automatic three-element safety system. UC platform lifts have a separate, independent hydraulic circuit for each cylinder, and a lock valve on both cylinders. The platforms are connected with a strong intermediate beam, and the cylinder s lifting power keeps the load safely lifted in all situations. Hydraulic hoses are protected by a trough or recessed into the floor. Clearance test (standard in the K series) The failsafe and effective clearance shaker plate is installed on only one of the two platforms. The lamp buttons are used to provide the required lateral and torsional movements to the vehicle via the clearance test. This reveals the clearance even in the rear axle housing. The lamp comes with a 7 m spiral cable as standard. The automatic Nordlift Level system controls the level of the platforms and stops the lift if there is a height difference between the platforms. The car remains horizontally. Noise level is lower than 70 db means no noise exposure. The hydraulic unit can also be installed in a separate space, which makes lifting process almost silent.

4 THE UC 4000 TANDEM, FOR LIFTING A VEHICLE WITH A TRAILER The Nordlift Pilot TANDEM system lets you control both lifts, together or separately, from the same control panel. The tandem lift consists two sequentially installed UC4000 lifts, which can be used separately or together. The UC 4000 TANDEM K has been specially developed for inspection purposes. The dimensions of the lift and the accessories can be customised per your requirements. EASY INSTALLATION, EVEN ON EXISTING IN-GROUND VERSION The minimum height of the UC platform is only mm, so the lift can also be installed on the floor and it is still easy to drive the vehicle onto the platform. The lift can be delivered also with suitable dimensions to existing inground layout, which avoids alteration of the installation site. The UC 4000 is delivered as four main components, which heaviest part weights only 650kg. Professional installation of the lift takes five hours.

6 NORDLIFT UC ACCESSORIES A jacking beam to speed up inspection A UC 4000 equipped with a Nenab jacking beam reduces the inspection turnaround time. The pneumatic-hydraulic jacking beam enables to work with very low vehicles. The beam has a 2,600 kg capacity and only weighs 90 kg. It has a minimum height of 158 mm, 292 mm lifting movement and lifting arm width of 800 1,600 mm. Turbo version A faster, turbo version (UC s / UC s) is available, with two hydraulic units. Other options available Also available are lighting kit (UC21T), a compressedair supply (UC22T), adjusting feet (UC19T), a long rising plate (UC02T/2), a drive-through ramp (UC18T) and custom made special models for such users as car manufacturers. ISO 9001 ISO YEARS NEARLY MAINTENANCE-FREE CONSTRUCTION, TESTED FOR 25 YEARS WORKSHOP USE Compared to mechanical lifters, the wear of electrohydraulic Nordlift UC lifts is very low. The UC 4000 platform lift is tested for withstanding a full 25 years of workshop use with 50,000 cycles, with an average weight of 2,500 kg. After this testing, the lift was in full working condition.
