2 IMPORTANT NOTES 1 This Collective Auction takes place by kind permission of R & P Baker and is the Third Annual Summer Collective Auction at Warren Farm, Wetherden. The catalogue includes entries from many local consignors and any additional lots entered after the catalogue closing date will be included in the Late Entries section. 2 Export: If any lots are to be exported outside the EU, VAT will be charged and retained by the auctioneer until a Customs Clearance note is secured. The VAT will then be refunded. If confirmation of export is not secured within 8 weeks, the VAT will be paid to the vendor and declared in the normal way. If lots are to be exported within the EU proof of VAT registration number and confirmation of port for export will be required otherwise VAT will be charged. 3 Removal of Lots: All lots must be collected before Saturday 21 st June 2014 and a loader tractor with operator will be available free of charge on the 14 th, 15 th & 16 th June. But buyers must contact Gerald Seeley on or Craig Smith on beforehand to arrange loading times. Loading of moveable items after the 17 th June will be the purchaser s responsibility. All lots will be the purchaser s responsibility at the fall of the hammer whether paid for or not. 6 Number Bidding: All prospective purchasers must complete the form attached and register in the office on the viewing day or morning of the sale to receive a number for bidding. PLEASE COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION FORM BEFORE COMING TO THE SALE AND BRING IT TO THE SALE OFFICE AS THIS WILL SAVE TIME. 7 Payment: If purchasers wish to pay by cheque and are not well known to the Auctioneer, then no lot will be removed from the site until the cheque has cleared or without a suitable bank reference addressed to the Auctioneer prior to the sale. Payment can be made Credit/Debit Card, but please note there will be a 2.5% charge for Credit Card payments, but no charge for Debit Cards. 8 Vehicle Documents, Hours and Mileage: Are as at the time of cataloguing. V5 documents (provided where available) will only be supplied after clearance of cheques or other payments. 9 Lot Measurements: Measurements are approximate and buyers are advised to check on them where appropriate before purchase. 10 Conditions of Sale: These will be posted in the Sale Office as well as being available on the Auctioneer s website.
