The Indenting Department must ensure submission of valid EP&M registration certificate and Value Added Tax (VAT) clearance certificate at the time of purchase of store item. 4. All other terms and conditions of rate contract as communicated earlier in the rate contract circulars referred to above will remain un-altered and will be applicable to the rate contract holding SSI units as indicated in the Statement- A. 5. The above extension will cease to operate consequent upon conclusion of fresh rate contract. 6. Description of Store item 1 Cabinet (Steel Almirah) Cabinet made out of 1mm C.R. sheet with shelves (adjustable type), door handle, 6 Lever lock with 3 way bolting system, one coat of primer and two coats of enamel paints without stove enameling of the components, conforming to I.S. 3312/84. Width of the pedestal shall be 70mm for small size and 80mm for large size and the height of the pedestal shall be 125, +/-5mm. Overall dimensions in mm/inch. Size in mm (i) 1981 (78 )*(H) x 914(36 )(W) x 483(19 )(D) with four shelves. (ii) 1321(52 )*(H) x 762(30 )(W) x 432(17 )(D) with three shelves. Price or Rate per each Rs (Rupees Seven thousand seventy nine) only. Rs (Rupees four thousand one hundred nineteen) only. The rates recommended for conclusion of fresh rate contract are ex-factory, exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) and Odisha Entry Tax, which may be charged extra as admissible, if any. Terms of Delivery:- The delivery schedule may be mutually decided between the rate contract holders and the Indenting Officer. Payment :- The buyer (Indenting Officer) shall make immediate payment of the dues payable to the suppliers against the supplies made under the rate contract. Payment should be made within 45 days from the receipt of the store failing which the buyer (Indenting Officer) shall be liable to pay the amount with interest thereon as per Section-15 & Section-16 of delayed payment to Micro and Small Enterprises under MSMED Act
