3 Н М JSC «PA ELAZ» is a member of Russian alliance of gas and oil equipment producers and enters three top leader-producers of mobile equipment for boreholes drilling, repair and maintenance. For more than 30 years JSC «PA ELAZ» conducts business in the sphere of production of wide range of oil and gas extraction industry, road/construction and municipal special machinery on truck chassis and «Belarus» tractor base. The plant employs big production capacities, developed design, technological and servicing facilities. Unique models of special machinery has been developed and implemented for oil and gas complex. In 2005, ELAZ team was awarded State Prize of the Republic of Tatarstan in the sphere of science and technology for development and production of oil and gas boreholes repair high-technology aggregates and granted a patent for boreholes development and repair lifting unit. Following customer requirements the plant constantly works on improvement of products operational properties and performance standards, having implemented modern engineering solutions and advanced technology. The best quality of product is the strategic target of the plant and serious attention is paid thereto at every stage of production process. In 2000 quality management system of the enterprise was certified in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements. Special machinery under ELAZ brand won confidence and recognition among the leading companies of Russia and CIS (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Turkmenia). Our partners are: OJSC «Gasprom», OJSC «NK Rosneft», OJSC «LUKOIL», OJSC «Tatneft», OJSC «Gaspromneft» and servicing companies. The enterprise product was highly appraised at the top level. The awards «100 Best Products of RT» and «100 Best Products of Russia» Diploma winners are: lifting aggregates UPR-100, APR-80, APR 60/80, APRS-50, APRS-50P; road and construction special machinery EO-2621EM, EP-2630EM. Also the products of the plant were awarded the Diploma «100 Best Products of Volga Federal District». ELAZ confidently occupies its niche in all basic trends. Main design features and service advantages: - high mobility during erection and dismantling operations due to availability of front and rear outriggers for unit rigging up; - derrick rear support is made as separate part thus excluding load moving towards unit chassis during operation; - spring -type brake in brake system prevents loweringin of tackle block during long time parking; - shipping dimensions are observed; - comfortable heated operator s cab is available. On customer s request, the unit can be additionally equipped with wellhead service platform and catwalk. Supply of any spare parts is guaranteed..
