22 Trouble Shooting The fixture doesn t switch on The fixture doesn t respond to the controller The lamp doesn t come on The lamp comes off automatically Pan/Tilt shake or jam Color abnormal Wheels out of position The image appears to have a halo The beam appears dim The projector only functions intermittently

23 Trouble Shooting Doesn t Switch On Check the power switch if it opened completely Check the fuse on the power socket Check the power PCB Check the main PCB Check the switch power Check the routine of the power supply Replace the lamp

24 Trouble Shooting Doesn t Respond No DMX 512 signal input, the green LED doesn t light. Make sure that the projector is correctly configurated. Main PCB malfunction. Replace or repair the DMX cable. Failure in initialization.

25 Trouble Shooting Lamp Doesn t Come On The lamp worn out or breaks down. Rear cover of lamp not loaded in place Power PCB malfunction Cables break or get loose 24V power Ignitor malfunction Ballast malfunction

26 Trouble Shooting Lamp Comes Off Automatically The lamp worn out or breaks down. The fans are not operational Power PCB malfunction Bad contact of cables Heat detecting PCB malfunction Thermostat malfunction

30 Trouble Shooting The image appears to have a halo Make sure the lamp is installed correctly. Carefully clean the optical group lenses and the projector components.

31 Trouble Shooting The beam appears dim Check the optics is clean. Replace with a new lamp of the specified type and rating.

32 Trouble Shooting The projector only functions intermittently Make sure the fan is working and not dirty.

33 Cleaning And Lubrication Cleaning Lubrication

34 Cleaning And Lubrication Cleaning The Optics Cleaning frequency depends on the environment where the fixture operates.

35 Cleaning And Lubrication Cleaning The External Optics At least once every 20 days A soft cloth and typical glass cleaning products should be used in cleaning.

36 Cleaning And Lubrication Cleaning The Internal Optics Do not use any organic solvent, e.g. alcohol, to clean the reflector mirror, dichroic color filters!! Cotton club is recommend to be used in cleaning the heatproof glasses, color filters, glass gobos, prism wheel,etc. At least once every 30 / 60 days.

37 Cleaning And Lubrication Cleaning The Fans It is recommended that the fans should be cleaned every 15 days. It is recommended to use the compressed air in cleaning

38 Cleaning And Lubrication Lubrication Of CYM When doing the lubrication, a syringe with a fine needle is the easiest way to introduce the grease. It is recommended that the shaft of CYM be lubricated periodically, preferably every two months, Use only high quality, high-temperature resistant grease.

39 Cleaning And Lubrication Lubrication Of Rotating Gobo Wheel To introduce 1-2 drops high quality, high-temperature resistant grease by syringe with a fine needle.

40 Cleaning And Lubrication Lubrication Of Worm For Water- ripple Mirror Lubricating the copper worm with proper quantity grease.

41 Cleaning And Lubrication Lubrication Of Focusing Lens It is recommended that the 2 shafts for the focusing lens holder be lubricated with grease periodically, preferably every two months.
