5 Print version of Part Number Service Products Catalog no longer available The last print version (revision 3) of Part Number Service Products Catalog was released in Since that date, no further revisions of the Catalog have been released. Inventory levels have now been depleted to the point that the print version of the Service Products Catalog will no longer be stocked or available. The electronic version of the Service Products Catalog can be viewed anytime via the link on the Service Products page on QSOL.

6 New Service Tools Coming in May 2013 The following new tools are being released and are scheduled to be available beginning in May 2013: /16-20 SAE Male to ¼ Hose Barb Male Fitting This fitting is used with air pressure regular kit, Part Number , to move the turbocharger wastegate actuator to check its range of movement. Due to become available May, 2013 Used In 480C-E Tool Type Required Tool Source Cummins or Equivalent Fuel Pressure Test Fitting This adapter is used to test the fuel pressure on the ISX12 G CM2180 EJ engine. 7 New Service Tools Coming in May 2013 The following new tools are being released and are scheduled to be available beginning in May 2013: engine timing kit This kit contains three timing pins, in place of the two timing pins used in obsolete kit Part Number The addition of the third pin was necessary because of a design change in the camshaft, which required a new camshaft locking pin. The crankshaft timing pin, Part Number , is used to lock the crankshaft on all ISZ13 engines. Engines produced before 1 January 2013 with serial numbers greater than use pin, Part Number , to lock the camshaft. Engines produced on or after 1 January 2013 with serial numbers lower than use pin, Part Number , to lock the camshaft. 8 New Service Tools Coming in June 2013 The following new tools are being released and are scheduled to be available beginning in June 2013: N. gas engine leak test adapter (14mm threads) This adapter is used with Differential Pressure Tester, Part Number , to conduct leak-down tests on natural gas engines with 14mm spark plug threads. This adapter is 18" long and supersedes obsoleted part number , which was only 12" long and would not work with the ISX12 G CM2180 EJ engine. 9 Opening All Product Releases To download an Excel spreadsheet containing all the product releases, click on the paper clip icon and then double click on the Excel document within the left hand Attachments menu inside Adobe Reader. If you receive this dialog box, be sure the radio button is next to Open this file and then click OK.
