Adhesive area coverage does not match the Master Part. Adhesive not present on part. Adhesive present on Master Part. Air pockets that are visible on the Class A surface of the part. A patch or streak of dark material. Incomplete coating or coating that does not adhere to the part allowing the substrate to show. Creases in the coating on the Class A surface and formed edges Metallic Coating Appearance Criteria The metallic coatings of the CAPA part must be comparable in color and brightness to those of the OEM Master Part Primed and Decorative Painted Surfaces Appearance Criteria Painted CAPA Parts that are not body-color matched must be comparable in color, gloss, and surface finish to the OEM Master Part.
