ABS PV STORAGE TANK PROTECTION & SAFETY EQUIPMENTS ABS PV PRESSURE/VACUUM RELIEF VALVES provide tank protection by preventing the occurrence of excessive pressure & vacuum inside the tank. Also minimize the possible losses of product evaporation. The range includes pressure/vacuum relief valves, pressure only and vacuum only valves, all available with flanged pipeline or vented to atmosphere. All models of ABS PV Pressure Vacuum Relief Valves have weight loaded or spring loaded pallets which allow intake of air and outflow of vapours as the tank normally breathes in and out. Valves can be specially supplied with a flame arrester, inlet pipe or lining. ABS PV DEFLAGRATION FLAME ARRESTERS prevent passage of flame into the storage tanks. ABS PV End of Line Flame Arresters are designed to be installed at the end of a pipeline, In-Line Flame Arresters are designed to prevent propagation of flames in piping system. ABS PV FREE VENT prevents deformation that may occur during filling and discharging of the tanks. Free Vent is supplied as complete unit ready for direct installation. ABS PV GAUGE HATCH allows easy access to atmospheric liquid storage tanks for manual level measurement, temperature The production of our equipments consist of a series of quality check points, performed by the in-house quality assurance team. All components, at the end of each process are transferred to the next step via the control team, carrying out various test methods. As each process is subject to statistical quality control procedures, also traceability of each component in the design is assured.
