3 CONCEPT optiko Was conceived as a deep exploration of brand identity for a fictional venture that produces a highly-configurable a lighting solution. The project provided a rich opportunity to independently research and branding and identity case studies, utilize a cumulative knowledge of design across multiple forms of media, and evaluate multiple creative processes. The exercise spanned product design, page design, web design and publication design/page layout. j. paul bronaugh

6 CONCEPT ÆTHER was a design study for a package system that included a series of three varieties of products to be sold under the Terrain house brand. The challenge was to create a design model that resonated with the existing house brand, yet stood out and generated excitement for the products. Found objects were re-purposed for the exercise, including medical serum vials, recycled cork bottle stoppers, and vintage wood matches. j. paul bronaugh

8 CONCEPT pod Was a student package and branding study for a fictional premium specialty Polish vodka distillery. The brand name and spirit type were dictated by the design brief outline. The personal goal for the project was to create a striking and sophisticated trio of spirits that would stand apart from competitive offerings. j. paul bronaugh

Willys first fresh post-war designs for Jeep was a radical departure from what they built for the war effort, but easily recognizable as wagons and trucks. The second of the clean-slate designs after World War II, the Jeepster was meant to be a more civilized open top car than the CJ. The concept was later rehashed as the Jeepster Commando. The Mighty Mite and MUTT were military-only vehicles. never really caught on with the general public. Both civilian and military versions of the FC were available. the longest-running in the Jeep brand s history. The militaryspec version, however, was Jeep followed the downsizing trend of the 1980s by offering the XJ Cherokee wagon and MJ Comanche truck. Jeep s Grand Cherokee picked up where the full-sized Jeeps had left off. These upscale Jeeps are currently in their fourth generation. vehicle in The Commander in production. In 2007, smaller sport utility vehicles rolled off of the assembly lines Saw the reintroduction of the Cherokee marque. CONCEPT Equal parts research & development sandbox and artistic endeavor, the project has morphed from two unrelated school projects into a highly ambitious, living interactive data visualization experiment. The end goal is greater proficiency in web animation and development as well as a fully-functional, comprehensive exploration of Jeep history and a repository of useful Jeep modification information. j. paul bronaugh
