The brake with grinding surface performs outstanding roundness and cylindricity. Minimize displacement of the rotating center and positioning error during braking. A C D E C B D OPTIMUM DRUM BRAKE SYSTEM INTEGRATED UNITY RADIAL AND AXIAL BEARING Double- ring brake with ID and OD grinding eases the adjustment of the concentricity for the brake unit. Rotating center offset is not needed during braking, minimum positioning error. By multiple seal protection, high hydraulic pressure at 5Mpa, no oil leakage concern from the brake unit, high clamping torque is guaranteed. The rigidity of rolling parts occupies only % ~ % of the whole body, the supporting rigidity of the rail surface is 0% ~ 80% of the whole body higher. The supportive rail areas of axial and radial rollers are thicker than other brands, extremely reliable structural rigidity under heavy cutting. (Illustration I) Worm shaft rotates along with RN type radial bearing with a bush fitted between sleeve and needle, which is detron special design. With this feature, the bore of the sleeve is highly wear resistant. This results in higher concentricity of the worm and higher indexing accuracy.
