The first hour of the sale will be the time to receive any buyer's intention to purchase any lots at the minimum set price. If at the end of that hour only one buyer wants any lot number, their offer be accepted. If at the end of the first hour, two or more parties want to buy a particular lot number at the set price, then an auction will be conducted between those parties only. So for example, if two buyers want Lot A at $5,000, those two parties only may bid until the highest bid is reached. After 11:00 AM, the first to commit to sale management to buy any lot, will get that lot number. At any time during the two days of the sale, a potential buyer may submit a lower bid on any lot number. These bids will be considered at the conclusion of the sale and may or may not be accepted The herd has been on an aggressive herd health and vaccination program. All cattle have been TB and Brucellosis tested and pregnancy examinations will be updated at sale time. Cattle will be vaccinated for common bovine respiratory viruses.
