Contact Steve Potter at Nashville RV at 615/ Directions to Trial Site From I-24: xit 78 (Franklin/96 and Lebanon)- exit the interstate and head toward Murfreesboro (east). You are on Old Fort Parkway; this will become Memorial Blvd/Hwy 231, go until you get to the intersection of Memorial and Clark Blvd. (BP gas and U-Haul on corner). Turn right on Clark, go to the intersection of Clark and Greenland Dr. and turn left. Parking in front of the arena is on the right past the 2 nd traffic light. From I-40: From west or east take the Lebanon exit for Highway 231 and head south toward Murfreesboro (from Nashville turn right, from Knoxville turn left). This is Memorial Blvd when you get into Murfreesboro. Go to the intersection of Memorial and Clark and turn left. Go to Greenland Dr. and turn left. Parking in front of the arena is on the right past the 2 nd traffic light. This clinic is located near the I-24 exit 78. From I-24 and Highway 96, go west. Turn Left on Cason Lane, left at River Rock Blvd. Facility on the right. Schedule (Friday - Sunday) Registration - 7:00 AM Standard Ring Judging Begins - 8:00 AM JWW Ring Judging Begins 9:00 AM Friday and Sunday: Dogs will be run low to high and Saturday: Dogs will be run high to low. Standard Classes will run as xcellent/master Std, Open Std, Novice Std JWW Classes will run as, Novice JWW, Open JWW and xcellent/master JWW CRATING will be available in an air-conditioned room adjacent to the arena. Crating space is tight. No ex-pen living rooms will be allowed. If you put crates inside an ex-pen, you will be asked to remove the ex-pen. x-pens may be used for two or more dogs. On-lead dogs are allowed in the seating areas of the arena with their owners/handlers, except for the rows in the boxes closest to the rings. No crating is allowed in any of the seating areas. Dogs are no longer allowed in the aisle way between the two rings. Chairs are still allowed for spectators, but dogs are no longer allowed in this area.

2 Other Items of Interest: The building will be open for set up AFTR 3 PM on Thursday. No exceptions! Loading and unloading will be in the back of the arena. RVs may arrive any time after 3:00 pm on Thursday. Armband envelopes will be available at the show for self-check. Handlers that indicated on the entry form that their dogs need to be measured must arrange to have their dog measured prior to their first run of the weekend. xhibitors are responsible for any items left at the show site. Concessions will be available on site. See information below about volunteer lunches. Move-ups must be provided to the Trial Secretary in writing (fax, or US Mail) by the Monday before the trial at 6 pm. Move ups resulting from this trial will be accepted from day to day. PARKING/ROAD CLOSUR: In addition to the ongoing construction of the parking garage, there are now road closures around the campus. Please enter via the front parking lot on Greenland Drive. Please refer to the attached campus map. Sanctioned B Match on Friday!! Please see information at the end of this document. WORKR LUNCH INFORMATION / VOLUNTR INFORMATION We are changing the "lunch ticket" for this trial. Instead of providing food for workers, we are giving each worker a $6 voucher that can be used either at the MTSU concession stand or at any of the vendors at the trial. Workers will receive one $6 voucher for each day they work, regardless of the number of classes worked. We will still provide bottled water for workers, but no food or soft drinks. MTSU is changing the menu at the concession stand to accommodate us with a larger variety of lunch items. Workers will still receive the $2 "volunteer bucks" voucher for each additional class worked. The $2 vouchers can be used against entry fees for future DCA/CKC trials and events. We still need volunteers!
