2 DIRECTIONS From Cirencester take the A417 Fairford / Lechlade road in an easterly direction. Go through Poulton village and take the next turning right after about 1 mile into Meysey Hampton. Turn left into Jenners Farm opposite the Masons Arms Inn. From Lechlade take the A417 Cirencester road. Pass through Fairford and after 1 1 / 2 miles turn left into Meysey Hampton and continue as above. From M4 motorway junction 15 / Swindon take the A419 Cirencester road. Take the turning left after Cricklade signed RAF Fairford. At the roundabout turn left, follow the road through Latton and take the next right turning signed Down Ampney and Meysey Hampton. In Meysey Hampton village turn right opposite the Mason Arms into Jenners Farm. 3 INTRODUCTION TO SALE The sale is being conducted on behalf of Furzey Farms due to a change in farming policy. Jenners and Furzey Hill Farms extend to about 800 acres, with the main farming enterprise being arable production. The sale includes virtually all of the farming equipment, which will be sold without reserve, and which can be highly recommended. SALE NOTES Viewing: Tuesday, 10th October 2017, 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. and on the morning of the sale. Conditions: The sale will be conducted subject to the CAAV Model Machinery Conditions of Sale which are shown in full on our website and will be available at the sale office. All prospective buyers should ensure that they have read and understood those Conditions. The act of bidding will be taken as acceptance of them. Registration: All bidders will require a bidding number. Regular Customers will be issued with a bidding number prior to the sale, which will remain current for all remaining outside sales in Alternatively, please register your details prior to the sale at this office or at the registration desk at the sale field. Payment: All lots become the sole risk of the buyer at the fall of the hammer. The property in a lot purchased shall not pass to the buyer or be removed from the sale field until payment has been made for the full purchase price to the Auctioneers. All lots must be paid for on the day of the sale. Buyers unknown to the Auctioneers wishing to pay by cheque must supply a written bank reference for a sum equal to or in excess of the total invoice. The reference must specify the sale date and the amount up to which their cheque will be honoured. The Auctioneers will not accept payment of cash in excess of 8,000. Card facilities will be available for payment by most types of credit and debit card, subject to conditions. Payments made by credit card are subject to a 3% charge, but debit cards incur no extra charge. VAT: All lots will be sold subject to VAT unless announced at the time of sale. Buyer s Premium: There will be NO Buyer s Premium charged. Removal: Purchases must be removed by Saturday, 14th October A loading vehicle will be available on the day of sale.
