3 PNEUMATIC ACTUATORS Pneumatic Actuators are an effective, safe and economical way to control and regulate the flow of gases. One typical application where we are truly experts is the control of dampers present in many systems such as: Thermal Power Plants FGD Plants DeNox Plants Cement Plants Chemical Plants Control possibilities: Open-Close (Shut-Off) Regulation by Smart Positioner (4-20 ma). Custom designed in order to adapt to your needs: Diameters from 80 to 600 mm Single piston / Double Tandem piston. Integration of Positioners and EVs in the same cylinder or in external cabinets. Compliance with Explosion Risk Classified Zones (ATEX). Air tanks, manufactured in accordance to the required code (ASME, etc). Safety modes: Damper to Safe Position / Damper Blocked. All the required Drawings, Certificates & Documentation supplied in each project. Each of our actuators is individually tested in our Workshop in San Sebastian (Spain) prior to delivery. 3
