2 Slee Off-Road 200 Series Step Sliders - Toyota Land Cruiser of 7 1. Get organized and verify all parts are present. Install the Step inserts onto the Step Sliders. Hardware; 24 x Stainless Counter Sink Bolts 24 x Stainless Flat Washers 24 x Stainless Nylock Nuts 2. Remove the 8mm bolts on driver and passenger side frame rails that attach the brake cable to the frame. Install thread plates to sliders (Step 1) 3. Remove Gas Tank Skid Plate on passenger side. Remove bolts from brake cable bracket (Step 2) 4. Remove four bolts that secure the Hydraulic Line to the frame rail on the driver side. Remove the Gas Tank Skid Plate (Step 3) Remove bolts that secure the Hydraulic Line (Step 4)

3 Slee Off-Road 200 Series Step Sliders - Toyota Land Cruiser of 7 5. Install M8 Rivet Nuts on the driver side frame rail. Hardware; M8 Rivet Nuts Tools; M8 Rivet Nut Tool and a 17/32 Drill bit. Hint; it may be necessary to place the slider against the frame rail temporarily to determine all locations for Rivet nuts. Install Rivet Nuts on driver side for front leg (step 5A) A set of jack stands may be helpful when installing the sliders. Install Rivet Nuts on driver side for rear leg (Step 5B) 6. Install the driver s side Step Slider. Front Driver Side leg installed (Step 6A) Rear Driver side leg shown installed (Step 6B)

4 Slee Off-Road 200 Series Step Sliders - Toyota Land Cruiser of 7 Rear driver side leg shown installed (Step 6C) 7. Remove front body mount shown in Step 7A. Install 1/2 Nut Plate, 1/2 Thick Washer, 1/2 Lock Washer and 1/2 Allen Bolt to front slider leg support. See photo 7B and 7C for detailed orientation. Reinstall body mount as removed. Rear driver side leg shown installed (Step 6D) Note; A in Step 7E indicates location of the M8 x 20 x 1 Button Head Allen (although shown otherwise in photo). Install one driver and passenger side. Remove body mount (Step 7A) Orientation of nut plate (Step 7B)

Install Hydraulic line that was removed in step four using supplied hardware. Install Brake Line that was removed in Step 2. Allen bolt shown installed (Step 7E)

6 Slee Off-Road 200 Series Step Sliders - Toyota Land Cruiser of 7 9. Prepare to install the passenger side Step Slider. Install M8 Rivet Nuts in the passenger side frame rail. Hardware; M8 Rivet Nuts Hint; it may be necessary to place the slider against the frame rail temporarily to determine all locations for Rivet nuts. 10. Install the Passenger Step Slider leaving the holes open where the gas tank skid plate brackets are located. Install the gas tank skid plate (photo 10B) with supplied hardware. Install Rivet Nuts on passenger side for front and rear Slider leg (Step 9A) Front Passenger side leg (Step 10A) Rear passenger side leg shown installed (Step 10B) Rear passenger side leg shown installed (Step 10C)

7 Slee Off-Road 200 Series Step Sliders - Toyota Land Cruiser of Remove front passenger body mount. Install 1/2 Nut Plate, 1/2 Thick Washer, 1/2 Lock Washer and 1/2 Allen Bolt to front slider leg support. Reinstall front passenger body mount. Hint; reference step seven. 12. Install Brake Line that was removed in Step Installation complete.
