Let s have a look. Lone Fir Ranch (Fort Fraser) started the show with a ring load of 605 lb top notch Hereford s/c at , 554 lb s/c reached Colonel Anderson (Fort Fraser) in with 550 lb s/c bringing , 450 lb s/ c marking and 553 lb h/c settling at HRH Ranch Ventures (Burns Lk) saw their 565 lb red/simm s/c force , 424 lb s/c up to Gegevieve Mcaulay (Fort Fraser) showing 541 lb blk s/c worth , 531 lb h/c stopping at Jason Beier (Fort Fraser) had a pen of 628 lb s/c fetched Rod Bianco (Smithers) saw his 580 lb s/c race up to , 513 lb s/c up to Rod s h/c at 591 lbs brought , 473 lb h/c at Canyon Creek Farms (Smithers) showcased 605 lb red x s/c that climbed to , 550 lb h/c trade for Geoff Stubbs (Fort Fraser) caused a fuss with exceptional 674 lb blk/exotic s/c that traded right at and how about 771 lb s/c cracking ! Again I d like to commend the producers on the quality, makes me proud to have the opportunity to show them off. The crew did a great job and we appreciate the commitment of the buyers each week. Nov 16 th shows 600 bred stock, Nov 23 rd pushing 1000 calves and don t forget about the Dec 7 th regular sale to finish the run!! OK FALLS BRED COW, HEIFER & REGULAR SALE, MONDAY, NOVEMBER 12th, 2018 OK Falls was the place to sell cattle as just under 600 hd hit the show ring. Sumac Farms set the pace for butcher cows with their 1415 lb cows hitting Gary Hepner had 1420 lb butcher cows top From the butcher cows and bulls we rolled into a classic group of 1st calf bred hfrs from the Rosco Ranch. Huge, quiet, well Bred Blk Angus hfrs that hit The 2nd group of the same sort traded at Cheryl Smith put a beautiful pen of Red Angus hfrs in the ring. Her 1143 lb big and perfect bred Gelbvieh & Red Angus 5 year old bred cows bred Blk Angus that rolled to Glen & Pat Johnson set the trend for young Blk Angus 5 yr old bred cows, bred Blk Angus, that reached The calf sale followed with some choice quality calves. The Pa-Van Ranch, Allan Pauls, set 20 top Char X s/c in the ring, 603 lb, that topped and their 500 lb s/c raced to The Pendergraft Ranch had heavy calves, almost 700 lb, that powered to The Harpur Ranch had 483 lb s/c sell to and 400 lb s/c notching Don McCurdy s 508 lb Blk Angus s/c rolled to What a top sale of quality cattle! All big, strong top calves with lots of Reds, big groups of Red Angus & Red Simm X filled the ring. Ed & Marie Hazelwood brought us some of the heaviest calves in the sale.
