The Woodjam Ranch set the bar for quality today as they showcased just under 400 powerful Angus X calves. The 1st liner load of 110 superior s/c, 552 lb, raced to hd of the big boys at 626 lbs notched Their pen of 458 lb s/c saw and their liner load of fancy 466 lb h/c reached Rusty Toews rocked the boat with a top pen of 564 lb Char X s/c that sold to His pen of 493 lb s/c hit and their 515 lb h/c demanded The Roddie Creek Ranch in with over 300 calves. A load of their 621 lb s/c today hit , their reputation 507 lb h/c sold to and their 555 lb h/c traded to Chezacut Ranch s load of 503 lb blk s/c reached , their 416 lb s/c hit and their fancy 467 lb blk HFRS reached Jace & Shawna Jacobsen in with some tremendous calves. The quality today was incredible, 1400 of the best calves so far were traded. The front row of buyer chairs was full as every buyer fought to own these top calves. Paul Hooysma from beautiful Falkland in today with 621 lb blk Angus s/c reached , his 422 lb s/c hit and his 535 lb h/c rolled to Kent Wallace from Barriere in with 766 lb blk Angus s/c that reached , his 673 lb blk s/c hit and his 589 lb s/c climbed to Al Neratin, from Barriere, in with heavyn 792 lb s/c that brought or per hd. Dan Coe from Kelowna had 387 lb s/c that notched The Abel Family, from The Falkland Ranch, set the quality bar high as their heavy 746 lb Angus X s/c hit Their next pen of 686 lb s/c saw , 52 hd of their powerful 618 lb blk Angus X s/c hit and their 578 lb s/c also topped their weight range at Bill Armstrong from Salmon Arm with heavy 715 lb red Angus s/c selling to The Mullin Ranch in from Logan Lake with another liner load of top Angus influence calves. Their pen of 35 s/c, 590 lb, hit hd of their fancy 453 lb s/c today saw A beautiful pen of their top 533 lb Angus X h/c hit and their fancy and great 445 lb h/c notched John Peterson from Valemount in with powerful 701 lb red Angus X s/c that hit and the big boys, at 746 lb, saw Allan Dunn from McLure had 1000 lb powerful Char X & red Angus X STRS trade to The Forrest Walkem Estate saw their heavy 812 lb Angus STRS top and their 710 lb s/c today notched Reynold Mazu Jr from Cherryville set a pace with top calves, 38 hd of their Angus / Limo X s/c, at 686 lbs, hit hd of their fancy 628 lb Angus / Limo X h/c today saw Laurie Haller out of Barriere notched a sale great with strong 679 lb Angus X s/c racing to Ian & Jo Nelson in from Barriere had an incredible pen of calves, heavy and good, 739 Simm / red Angus X traded to Their big calves, 828 lb Simm / Red Angus X s/c raced to Their pen of 648 lb replacement quality h/c reached Bohnet Ranch from Savona put the buyers on the edge of their seats. 46 hd of their 690 lb Simm / red Angus X s/c hit , their pen of 605 lb s/c raced to , their 612 lb replacement quality h/c hit Boss Ranch in with top quality calves today. Their 425 lb s/c raced all the way to , their 619 lb s/c reached and their fancy 452 lb h/c grabbed Indian Gardens Ranch out of stunning Savona in with a liner load of yearling STRS. Their 900 lb STRS notched Pan Prairie Farms, from Lumby, brought a superior load of calves. Their 519 lb s/c jumped to and their smaller top s/c raced all the way to What a powerful sale.
