4 1. INTRODUCTION 1.1 PREFACE This document is a supplement to the FP & CPT combined specifications and defines the components to be used in order to build the machine according to them. However, in any case of dispute the content of the FP & CPT combined specifications shall be considered the only valid documents. For product application, careful attention should be paid to the technical specifications supplied by Eaton. Eaton will not be responsible for damage to people or things caused by not standard use of its products. In case of any doubt, always contact the technical department and follow exactly the instructions for dimensioning and assembling contained in the technical manual. However the OEM must verify the adaptability of the sample applications to its project and it must guarantee the observance of laws and norms in force. =========================================================================================== All information contained in this document is superseded by the requirements of the FP-CPT Global Specification. The Component list can be downloaded from the Eaton web site and shall be sent via to FP & CPT for approval.
